국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학교 4학년 학생의 사회적 위축이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이 관계에서 부모의 기대와 자아탄력성의 조절된 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 한국 아동청소년 패널조사의 초1패널 4차년도 자료에서 2,000명(남: 1,000명, 여: 1,000명)의 표본을 분석 자료로 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 우선 변인 간의 기술통계와 상관관계를 알아보기 위해서 평균, 표준편차, 왜도, 첨도, 그리고 상관분석을 실시하였다. 상관분석 결과, 사회적 위축은 학교생활적응과 부적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 사회적 위축과 학교생활적응 간에 부모의 기대와 자아탄력성은 통계적으로 유의미한 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 셋째, 이러한 결과를 토대로 초등학교 4학년 학생의 사회적 위축이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향에서 부모 기대와 자아탄력성의 조절된 매개효과와 관련하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of social withdrawal on school adjustment in fourth-grade elementary school students. The moderated mediation effects of parental expectations and self-resilience on this relationship were examined. For this purpose, a sample of 2,000 students (1,000 males and 1,000 females) was analyzed from the 4th year of the first panel of the Korean Child and Youth Panel Survey. First, mean, standard deviation, skewness, kurtosis, and correlation analysis were conducted to examine the descriptive statistics and correlation between the variables. The results of the correlation analysis showed that social withdrawal was inversely related to school adjustment. Second, the statistically significant moderated mediation effects of parental expectations and self-resilience between social withdrawal and school adjustment were verified. Third, based on these results, we discuss the moderated mediating effects of parental expectations and self-resilience on the effects of social withdrawal on school adjustment in fourth-grade elementary school students.
