국문 초록

본 연구는 들뢰즈와 가타리의 리좀이론을 중심으로 성인교육의 확장과 심화를 위한 인식론적 전환을 탐색하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 먼저, 인식론적 전환은 문제설정의 방식과 직결된다는 점을 포착하고 알튀세르와 그람시의 이론을 통해 인식론적 단절의 문제를 논의하였다. 이어, 성인교육에 대한 인식론을 접근하는 두 가지 준거로서 들뢰즈와 가타리의 수목형 사유방식과 그 대척점에 있는 리좀형 사유방식을 개괄적으로 비교⋅고찰하였다. 이를 바탕으로 성인교육의 확장과 심화를 위한 인식론적 전환을 성인교육의 학문적 정체성, 성인교육의 철학, 그리고 성인교육의 학습원리 등 세 가지 관점에서 논의하였다. 그 결과, 안드라고지로서의 성인교육을 세 단계, 즉 동일성의 성인교육, 차이존중의 성인교육, 차이생성의 성인교육으로 규정하고, 성인교육의 확장과 심화를 위해서는 접속과 생성 및 변이를 거듭하는 역동적인 생성철학으로의 인식론적 전환이 필요하다는 점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The central concern of this study was to explore the epistemological change for the extension of adult education based on rhizome of Deleuze and Guattari. For this, based on the assumption that epistemological transition should be directly connected to the ‘problematique’, the study firstly examined the ‘epistemological break’ through the theories of Althusser and Gramsci. Rhizome model were further examined and compared with the Tree Model, as the two criteria for approachjng the way of thinking about adult education. On the basis of this, the epistemological change for the extension of adult education were discussed from three perspectives such as the identity of adult education, philosophy of adult education, and the four pillars of adult education. The results suggested three steps of adult education as an adragogy: adult education of ‘sameness’ or identity, adult education of ‘difference respect’, and adult education of ‘difference devenir’, and emphasized that epistemological change, as the creation philosophy repeating connection, creation, and integradation, should be needed for the extension of adult education.
