상담 수퍼비전 통합적 모델의 국내·외 연구 동향과 과제 및 기독(목회) 상담에의 적용점 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 수퍼비전 통합적 모델에 대한 국내외 동향을 조사하기 위해 2000년부터 2022년 6월까지 출판된 국내외 연구 중 국내 학술지 23편, 국내 학위논문 14편, 그리고 국외학회지에 게재된 통합적 수퍼비전 연구물 56편을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 국내 동향은 수퍼비전의 ‘통합적 모델’이라기 보다는 주로 ‘발달 모델의 개념’을 많이 적용되고 있는 것을 알 수 있었고, 하나의 모델이라기보다는 수퍼비전 과정과 활동, 수퍼바이저와 수퍼바이지의 발달과정을 조명하는 준거 틀로써만 활용되는 경향을 보였다. 국외 동향은 수퍼비전 이론에 다양한 상담기법을 통합하는 창의적이고 다양한 통합적 모델을 제안한 연구들이 활발히 이루어지고 있었고, 심리상담 자체가 세분화되고 전문화되어감에 따라 수퍼비전 모델들도 세분화되고 전문화되는 경향을 보였다. 수퍼비전 통합적 모델에 관한 국내·외 연구의 동향에 대해 비교 분석해봄으로써, 국내의 수퍼비전 통합적 모델에 관한 연구방향성을 살펴보고, 나아가 기독(목회) 상담을 위한 통합적 수퍼비전 모델에 대해 논의하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

To investigate domestic and international trends of integrated supervision models, this study analyzed domestic and international journals from 2000 to June 2022. The results of the study showed that the domestic trend is mainly applying the concept of 'developmental model' rather than an 'integrated model' of supervision, and it tends to be used as a guiding framework to illuminate the developmental process of supervisory processes and activities, supervisors and supervisees rather than a model. Internationally, studies have proposed creative and diverse integrative supervision models that incorporate various counseling techniques into supervision theory.And as psychological counseling itself has become more fragmented and specialized, supervision models have also become more fragmented and specialized. Through a comparative analysis of the trends in domestic and international research on integrated supervision models, this paper examines the direction of research on integrated supervision models in Korea and discusses an integrated supervision model for Christian (pastoral) counseling.
