국문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of parenting efficacy and the moderating effect of family resilience in the relationship between mothers' parenting stress and depression in the COVID-19 situation. Survey was conducted 127mothers raising infants living in the Gwangju Metropolitan City. The results were as follows: First, there was a correlation between mother's depression, parenting stress, parenting efficacy, family resilience. Second, parenting efficacy mediated the relationship between mother's parenting stress and depression, Third, family resilience moderated the relationships between parenting stress and mother's depression. It is believed that if interventions to increase parenting efficacy and efforts and interventions to enhance family resilience can reduce mothers' depression caused by parenting stress.
