초등 시각장애인 자립생활 교과의 지도 방향성 및 활용 방안 탐색 연구: 델파이 조사를 중심으로

국문 초록

연구 목적: 이 연구는 초등 시각장애인 자립생활 교과의 지도 방향성과 활용 방안을 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 특수교육 및 시각장애학생 교육 전공 교수, 시각장애 특수학교 교사 20명을 대상으로 4차에 결친 전문가 패널 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과: 1차 전문가 패널 델파이 조사를 통해 시각장애인 자립생활 관련 주요 논의사항을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 15개 지도 방향성을 도출하여 2, 3차 전문가 패널 델파이 조사를 통해 내용타당도를 확보하였다. 15개 지도 방향성 모두 내용타당도 측면에서 수렴하였으며, 4차 전문가 패널 델파이 조사를 통해 수정⋅보완 의견을 취합하였다. 결과적으로 ‘ECC를 적용한 단원 구성’, ‘타 교과와 연계’, ‘영역별 이질성 고려’, ‘영역 간 연계’, ‘생태학적 맥락 고려’, ‘사회적 맥락 고려’, ‘학습자 특성을 고려한 영역의 유연한 적용’, ‘학생의 자기결정 및 자기옹호 경험 제공이 가능한 요소 고려’, ‘직접적인 경험이 가능한 체험 중심 차시 활동 구성’, ‘전문가 활용’, ‘통합환경 고려’, ‘지역사회 자원 활용’, ‘ECC를 적용한 단기 집중 프로그램 필요성’, ‘가족 참여 확대’, ‘평가를 활용한 적용’의 15가지 지도 방향성을 도출하였다. 결론: 도출한 15가지 지도 방향성을 기반으로 개별화교육계획(IEP)를 적용한 활용방안, 가족 또는 보호자의 참여 확대, 평가에 기반한 개별 시각장애학생의 현 수준 또는 상황을 고려한 적용을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the direction and utilization of independent living subjects for the visually impaired in elementary schools. Method: To achieve the purpose of the study, a four-round expert panel Delphi survey was conducted targeting 20 professors specializing in special education and education for visually impaired students and teachers working at special schools for the visually impaired. Results: Through the first expert panel Delphi survey, major discussion points related to independent living for the visually impaired were derived. Through this, 15 map directions were derived and content validity was secured through the second and third expert panel Delphi surveys. All 15 map directions were collected in terms of content validity, and opinions for revision and supplementation were collected through the 4th expert panel Delphi survey. As a result, 15 guidance directions of ‘unit composition applying ECC,’ ‘connection with other subjects,’ ‘consideration of heterogeneity by area,’ ‘connection between areas,’ ‘consideration of ecological context,’ ‘consideration of social context,’ ‘flexible application of areas with consideration of learner characteristics,’ ‘consideration of factors that can provide students with self-determination and self-advocacy experiences,’ ‘organization of experience-centered class activities that can provide direct experience,’ ‘utilization of experts,’ ‘consideration of integrated environment,’ ‘utilization of community resources,’ ‘necessity of short-term intensive programs applying ECC,’ ‘expansion of family participation,’ and ‘application using evaluation’ were derived. Conclusion: Based on the 15 guidance directions derived, we presented a plan to utilize the Individualized Education Plan (IEP), expand the participation of family members or guardians, and apply it considering the current level or situation of individual visually impaired students based on evaluation.
