상담전공 학부생의 상담실습 성찰일지 분석 : 내담자 경험을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 상담전공 학부생들의 상담실습으로의 내담자 경험을 성찰일지를 통해 살펴봄으로써 상담전공 학부생들의 내담자 경험에 대한 심층적인 이해를 제공하는 것에 있다. 이를 위하여 귀납적 방법의 질적연구방법을 사용하여 부산광역시에 소재한 D대학에서 ’청소년 심리 및 상담‘과목을 수강하며 상담실습으로의 내담자 경험을 한 상담전공 학부생 21명의 성찰일지를 분석하였다. 성찰일지는 주 1회, 50분, 총 5회기의 내담자 경험을 하며 각 회기별로 작성,제출되었다. 제출된 성찰일지를 상담의 진행과정에 따라 초기, 중기, 종결로 분류하고 각 과정 상의 유사한 범주들로 묶어 귀납적으로 분석한 결과 6개의 영역과 10개의 범주, 20개의 하위개념이 도출되었다. 연구결과는 내면의 갈등, 상담실습을 통한 개인의 성장, 상담실습 경험에 대한 느낌, 저항, 상담자로서의 성장에 대한 고민, 상담실습을 통한 성과로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 상담전공 학부생들의 내담자 경험에 대한 지각과 표현 및 내담자 경험을 통한 성장을 확인하였음에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide an in-depth understanding of counseling undergraduate students majoring in counseling’s client experiences by examining their experiences as clients in counseling practicum through reflective journals. For this purpose, the reflective journals of 21 undergraduate students majoring in counseling who gained client experience through counseling practicum while taking the 'Adolescent Psychology and Counseling' course at D University in Busan using an inductive method of qualitative research were used as analysis data. Reflective journals were written and submitted for each of the five sessions, which took place once a week for 50 minutes. The submitted reflective journals were classified into initial, middle, and final stages according to the progress of the counseling process, and were analyzed inductively by grouping similar categories within each stage. As a result, 6 classifications, 10 categories, and 20 sub-categories were emerged: , , , , , . This study has implications significant in confirming the perception and expression of counseling undergraduate students majoring in counseling’s client experiences and the growth through client experiences.
