국문 초록

이 연구는 취업상담사의 직무분석을 실시한 2013년 선행연구로부터 9개 책무, 28개 과업, 164개 과업요소를인용하여 2022년 시점에서 취업상담사의 교육요구가 무엇인지를 분석한 것이다. 취업상담사 60명을 대면하여 설문조사 하였고, IPA 분석을 통해 교육의 우선순위를 도출하였다. 책무 수준에서 과업요소들의 중요도, 빈도, 난이도 경향은 유사하였으나 ‘보고 및 평가’ 책무의 중요도는 높게 변화되었다. 취업상담사 역량 수준에 대한 인식에서 바람직한 정도와 현 수준에 대하여 취업상담사 본인은 모두 높게 평가하였지만, 상급자는 취업상담사 본인과 다른 인식을 나타냈으며 구성원 역량이 양극화된다고 하였다. 델파이방법을 통한 교육 요구분석에서는 어려운 책무를 집중적으로 지원하는 교육, 경력단절예방사업을 고도화하는 교육, 소통과 홍보능력을 강화하는 교육으로 도출하였다.

영문 초록

This study conducted an analysis of career counselor education needs in 2022 based on 9 responsibilities, 28 tasks, and 164 task elements derived from previous studies in 2013. A face-to-face survey was conducted on 60 employment counselors, and education priorities were derived through IPA analysis. The importance, frequency, and difficulty tendencies of the task elements at the responsibility level were almost similar, but the importance of the ‘report and evaluation’ responsibility was highly evaluated. In terms of perception of the competency level of career counselors, the career counselors themselves rated the desirable level and the current level highly, but the superiors showed different perceptions and were concerned about the problem of polarization. In addition, as suggestions from the Delphi method, it was proposed to provide education to resolve difficulties, business advancement support education such as career interruption prevention programs, and strengthen communication and publicity capabilities.
