국문 초록

본 연구는 장애인 고용 패널조사 2차 웨이브 7차 조사데이터에서 COVID-19 감염 경험에 따른 장애인 근로자의 삶의 질 차이와 직장 만족도 영향요인을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, COVID-19 감염 경험이 있는 장애인 근로자의 직무 만족은 업무 내용과 개인발전 가능성에 의해 주로 결정되었다. 코로나 감염 경험이 없는 장애인 근로자는 임금, 취업 안정성, 업무 내용, 근로 환경, 근로 시간, 개인발전 가능성, 의사소통 인간관계, 배려와 편의 부분에서 통계적으로 유의한 긍정적 영향요인으로 나타났다. 코로나 감염 여부에 따른 장애인 근로자의 삶의 질 차이 분석에서는 “학업 및 자기계발 활동”은 감염 경험이 있는 장애인 근로자의 활동이 감염 경험이 없는 장애인 근로자보다도 늘어난 것으로 나타났고, 취미활동(집 밖)의 경우 감염 경험이 없는 장애인 근로자는 감염 경험이 있는 근로자집단보다 활동이 늘어난 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 정부와 장애인 고용기업은 장애인 근로자들이 직장에서 더 효과적으로 일하고 만족감을 느낄 수 있도록 돕는 방안을 마련하는 데 기초자료로 쓸 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the differences in the quality of life and workplace satisfaction of disabled workers according to the experience of COVID-19 infection in the 7th wave of the 2nd wave of the panel survey on the employment of persons with disabilities. As a result of the analysis, The job satisfaction of disabled workers who had experience with COVID-19 infection was mainly determined by job content and personal development potential. Statistically significant positive influencing factors were found in communication, human relations, consideration and convenience. In the analysis of differences in the quality of life of workers with disabilities depending on whether or not they were infected with COVID-19, “academic and self-development activities” were the activities of workers with disabilities who had infection experience. In the case of hobby activities (outside the home), disabled workers without infection experience showed an increase in activity compared to the group of workers with infection experience. In the quality difference analysis, only the level of safety from the risk of corona infection was higher for regular workers than non-regular workers with disabilities, indicating that non-regular workers with disabilities were exposed to a higher risk. This research will help governments and policy makers understand the challenges and concerns experienced by workers with disabilities during the pandemic. However, this could be an important indicator for providing the necessary support in a timely manner.
