국문 초록

본 연구는 애착손상이 있는 부부를 대상으로 애착손상 해결모델(Attachment Injury Resolution Model: AIRM)을 적용하고 부부관계의 변화를 파악하여 AIRM이 부부상담에서 가지는 함의를 제시하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 애착손상이 있는 3쌍의 부부를 대상으로 상담을 진행하였고, 정서중심상담 2기에 AIRM을 적용하였다. 부부관계의 변화를 파악하기 위하여 AIRM 단계에 따른 애착손상의 변화, 주요상담기술과 변화특성, AIRM 적용 전, 중, 후에 부부간 애착손상, 신뢰, 부부친밀감의 변화를 파악하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, AIRM은 전체적인 관점에서는 용서와 화해를 향해 단계에 따라 변화해 갔다. 둘째, 애착손상지표단계에서는 EFT 탱고 움직임 1과 움직임 2를, 그 이후는 움직임 1에서 움직임 5까지의 개입 내에서 미시적 기술들을 사용하였다. 셋째, AIRM 적용 전, 중, 후에 부부간 애착손상, 신뢰, 부부친밀감이 긍정적으로 변화하였다. 본 연구 결과를 기반으로 부부상담에서의 AIRM 적용에 대한 함의를 기술하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives: This study was conducted after applying the Attachment Injuries Resolution Model (AIRM) for couples with attachment injury and to identify changes in marital relationships. Methods: Emotion Focused Couple Therapy was conducted for three couples with attachment injury, and the AIRM was applied to the second stage of Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy. Changes in attachment injury and counseling skills were identified, along with couple changes. Changes in attachment injury, trust, and marital intimacy were also measured. Results: The results of the study are as follows. First, AIRM changed step-by-step toward forgiveness and reconciliation from an overall perspective. Second, in the attachment injury marker stage, EFT Tango movement 1 and movement 2 were used; and after that, micro skills were used within movements 1 through movement 5. Third, attachment injury, trust, and marital intimacy changed positively after applying AIRM; and these changes were notably greater for wives than for husbands. Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, the implications for the application of AIRM in marital counseling were described.
