국문 초록

실용무용 전공생들의 취업 장애 요인을 극복하기 위해서는 취업정보 제공의 목적으로 직업, 진로교육이 필요하다. 취업정보를 도출하기 위해서는 어떠한 직무가 수행되고 있는지 먼저 파악이 되어야 하고 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 교육, 경영, 공연 3가지 분야로 나누어 직무분석을 시도하였다. 연구참여자와의 면담 중에 반복적으로 언급된 내용을 정리해보았을 때 3가지의 내용으로 분류할 수 있었다. 첫째, 지도법 교육의 필요성이다. 여기에서의 지도법은 도제식 교육방법의 단점을 보완할 수 있는 지도법과 지성, 인성적 면모를 갖춘 교육자 양성을 위한 윤리, 커뮤니케이션, 서비스마인드 등의 교육 필요성을 의미한다. 둘째, 직업 소양을 기르기 위한 세분화된 교육과정의 필요성이다. 장르로 세분화한 교육도 좋지만 직업 교육을 통해 취업 장애 요인을 줄여나가야 할 것이다. 셋째, 경력 증빙과 포트폴리오의 중요성이다. 교육 또는 경영분야로 종사하는 경우에는 재직증명서, 경력증명서 등의 서류를 발급받을 수 있지만, 공연분야의 경우에는 수상경력, 활동경력의 증빙체계가 미흡한 상황이다. 또한, 공연분야로 활동하기 위해서는 본인의 이력을 증빙하고 무용 수행능력을 증명해야 하므로 스스로 포트폴리오를 구성할 줄 알아야 한다.

영문 초록

In order to overcome the obstacles to employment for students majoring in practical dance, vocational and career education is needed for the purpose of providing employment information. In order to derive employment information, it is necessary to first understand what kind of job is being performed. Therefore, in this study, job analysis was attempted by dividing it into three areas: education, management, and performance. When summarizing the mentioned contents repetitively during the interview with participants, it can be classified with 3 contents. First, it is necessary to educate a teaching method. In this thesis, a teaching method means an education necessity of ethics, communication, and service mindset for growing instructors who has teaching methods, intelligence, and upright character that can cover weaknesses of apprenticeship education method. Second, an education curriculum subdivided for growing job skills is necessary. The education subdivided by genres is useful, but reducing employment obstacle factors through vocational education is the first. Third, proof of experience and portfolio are important. In the case of working in education or management fields, you can get issued documents such as certificate of employment and certificate of career, but in the case of performance field, there is a lack of proof system for award winning careers and activity careers. Also, it is necessary to make own portfolio to work in the performance field because a dance ability need to be proved.
