국문 초록

최초에 혁신학교는 우리나라 교육에서 입시중심의 경쟁교육, 지식전달 중심의 교육, 관료주의적 교육개혁 정책, 개인주의적인 교사문화에 대한 위기인식과 대안으로 출발했다. 이러한 혁신학교가 운영된 지 10년이 지났고, 그동안 수행되어 온 혁신학교에 대한 연구 중 혁신학교의 현황 및 성과를 분석하고 향후 과제에 대해 고찰해보고자 한다. 선행연구 자료는 혁신학교가 가장 활발히 운영되는 경기, 서울, 전북교육청을 대상으로 현황 및 성과를 분석한 것으로서, 이를 통해 혁신학교의 공통적 성과 및 과제에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 혁신학교의 향후 과제들을 정리하고 고찰해보는 것에서 그 의의를 찾고자 한다.

영문 초록

In the beginning, innovation schools started out as alternatives to the perception of crisis and recognition of competitive education centered on entrance exams, education centered on knowledge transfer, bureaucratic education reform policies, and individualistic teacher culture in Korea. Ten years have passed since these innovation schools were operated, and we intend to analyze the status and performance of innovative schools during the study that has been carried out and look at future tasks. The prior research data is an analysis of the current status and performance of the innovation schools in Gyeonggi, Seoul and North Jeolla Province, where they are most actively operated, and through this analysis, the innovation schools' common performance and tasks were analyzed. Based on this, the school aims to find the significance of organizing and examining the future tasks of the school
