혁신학교 중학생 학부모의 학교 참여 결정 영향 요인에 대한 탐색적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 혁신학교의 조직 특성과 구성원의 개인특성이 중학교 학부모의 학교참여 결정에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 다각도로 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 경기교육종단연구 6차년도 데이터를 사용하여 학교 환경 특성, 학교 구성원의 특성, 학생의 관계적 특성, 학부모의 심리적 특성이 학부모의 학교 참여에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 학부모의 학교 참여를 “적극적 수준의 참여”로 규정하고 로지스틱 회귀분석(Logistic Regression)을 실시한 결과, 학교 구성원의 특성 중 교원이 인식하는 학교 혁신풍토(부적), 교원의 열정(정적), 학교장의 민주적 리더십(부적), 학교장의 개방적 리더십(정적)이 통계적으로 유의미한 영향이 있는 것으로 드러났다. 개인특성 중 학생의 관계 특성에서는 부모와의 문화활동 경험 빈도(정적), 교사에 대한 학생의 애착(부적)이 유의미한 변수로 나타났고, 학부모의 심리적 특성 변수 중에서는 학생역량개발만족도(정적), 학교환경 만족도(정적) 요인이 학부모의 학교 참여 영향요인인 것으로 드러났다. 분석결과를 토대로 첫째, 혁신학교 아카데미 리더 과정의 지속·발전 및 일반학교 확산방안 모색, 둘째, 교육문화시설 정보 홍보 및 학교교육 프로그램에 학생-학부모 공동 참여 독려 방안 모색, 셋째, 기초학력교육과 개별성 교육의 균형을 통한 학부모의 교육활동 증대방안 모색, 넷째, 교육생태계 구축을 위한 구성원 간 소통 기제 마련 방안 모색 등의 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find the organizational characteristics of innovation schools and how the individual characteristics of members affect the decision of middle school parents to participate in school. To this end, the sixth year of the Gyeonggi Provincial Education Group study was used to analyze the impact of the school environment characteristics, school members' characteristics, students' relational characteristics, and parents' psychological characteristics on their school participation. To this end, parents' participation in school is defined as 'aggressive level of engagement' and the logistic reformation has a statistically significant effect on the school's innovation climate, the passion of teachers, the democratic leadership of school principals and the open leadership of school principals. Among the characteristics of a student's relationship among individual characteristics, the frequency of his or her experience in cultural activities with parents, and the student's attachment to teachers were significant variables, and among the psychological characteristics variables of parents, the factors of their ability to develop students' abilities and their participation in school were found to be the influences of their parents' participation in school. Based on the results of the analysis, the Commission discussed suggestions such as how to continue and develop the innovative school's academy's leadership program, secondly, how to promote information on educational facilities and encourage joint participation of students and parents in school education programs, and thirdly, how to increase educational activities by balancing basic education with individual education, and how to develop communication mechanisms among members to establish the education ecosystem.
