중학교 교사의 창의적 교수행동에 영향을 미치는 인지적 및 정의적 특성

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 교사의 창의적 교수행동에 영향을 미치는 인지적 특성인 사고양식, 교수메타인지와 정의적 특성인 자기결정성, 조화열정, 교수몰입 간의 인과적 관계를 검증하고, 각 변수의 영향력을 밝히는데 있다. 연구대상은 충북에 소재한 중학교에 재직 중인 교사 231명이며, 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 최종모형의 적합도는 모두 기준에 적합하였으며, 창의적 교수행동에 영향을 미치는 모든 경로는 유의한 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창의적 교수행동에 영향을 미치는 간접효과를 상세 분해한 결과, 사고양식이 자기결정성을 통해서 창의적 교수행동에 이르는 경로의 간접적인 영향력이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 교사들의 창의적 교수행동을 높이기 위해서는 각각의 단일변수에 대한 조력보다는, 인지적 및 정의적 특성을 통합적으로 고려해야 한다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to investigate the relationships between cognitive and affective characteristics that affect creative teaching behaviors of middle school teachers. Understanding these relationships is crucial to enhancing the creative teaching behaviors of middle school teachers. Participants were 231 middle school teachers in Chungbuk province. AMOS 20.0 was used to analyze the data. The results were as follows. First, a hypothetical model was fitted to the empirical data. And the significant factors affecting creative teaching behaviors were thinking style, self-determination, teaching metacognition, passion, and teaching flow. Second, the most influential indirect path affecting creative teaching behaviors was the path through self-determination from thinking style. Therefore, in order to increase creative teaching behaviors of teachers, we can design an integrated program to increase cognitive characteristics(thinking style, teaching metacognition) and affective characteristics(self-determination, passion, teaching flow).
