예비중등교사를 위한 창의·인성 교육프로그램의 효과 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비중등교사들의 창의·인성역량을 기를 수 있는 교육프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 그 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중등교사가 되기 위해 D대학교 교직과정을 이수하고 있는 2학년 학생 41명을 대상으로 7회기 21차시의 창의·인성 교육프로그램을 실시하였으며, 창의성과 자아존중감에 대한 설문조사, 성찰일지 작성을 통해 효과를 보았다. 설문조사는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 통계 처리하였으며, 성찰일지는 근거이론에 의한 질적분석을 하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 창의성과 자아존중감의 전·후 비교분석에서 프로그램의 적용 전보다 적용 후의 평균이 모든 요인에서 높게 나타났다. 특히 자아존중감의 하위요인 중 ‘타인과의 관계’ 요인에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 성찰 일지 분석 결과, 창의·인성 교육프로그램은 예비교사들에게 창의적 문제해결과정과 교육현장문제 인식을 통한 창의성 함양과 협력학습의 중요성을 통한 인성함양에 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 하여, 첫째, 교원양성기관인 대학에서 예비교사를 위한 창의·인성 교육프로그램의 적극적인 개발 및 적용, 둘째, 예비교사 대상창의·인성 교육프로그램의 내용 범위 및 깊이의 체계화와 단계별 프로그램의 구성, 셋째, 학교 현장과 연계한 창의?인성 교육프로그램의 개발, 넷째, 교사의 전문성신장을 위한 창의·인성 교과목의 예비교사교육 정규교육과정 도입 등이 필요함을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the creativity-personality education programs focused on development and application for pre-service secondary teachers. This program was carried out for two months(21 hours) with 41 pre-service secondary teachers. The instruments of this study were the self-esteem questionnaires and the creativity questionnaires. Also data were collected from reflective journal. Quantitative data from survey were analysed using SPSS 18.0 and qualitative data from reflecting journals were analysed by grounded theory. The results of the study were summarized as follows; First, as a result of the pre-post test analysis, after applying creativity-personality education programs, the average of all the factors of the self-esteem and the creativity were increased. Especially, there were statistically significant differences in the average of relationships factor of the self-esteem. Second, the result of students’ reflection journals analysis showed that creativity-personality education program was found to improve creativity through creative problem-solving process and application of educational issues and personality through cooperation. It suggested that pre-service teachers should need to actively participate the creativity-personality education program. Considering various factors of creativity-personality, systematic structure of the program is required. It is necessary to develop creativity-personality education programs combined with secondary schools. For the professional development of teachers, creativity-personality education courses should be introduced in regular pre-service teacher education curriculum.
