교사대상 창의성 교육강좌 운영사례 연구

국문 초록

교육을 실시하였다. 창의성 교육의 내용은 교사대상 창의성 교육의 주안점과 교사 창의성 요소를 바탕으로 구성하였다. 창의성 교육은 주 1회 2시간씩 15회 실시하였고, 창의성 관련 지식을 습득하는 이론 수업과 창의성 훈련을 진행하였다. 본 연구는 면담, 과제 문서기록, 활동결과물, 서술식 설문조사 등의 자료수집을 통한 사례연구로 참여자들이 인식하는 창의성 교육의 효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 연구참여자들은 창의성 관련 지식과 기능 습득, 창의적 접근을 위한 창의적 태도, 창의적인 사람이 될 수 있다는 동기부여, 창의적 환경 조성자로서 역할 인식, 수업을 통한 창의성 실천 등을 보고하였다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 교사대상 창의성 교육에 대한 시사점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of the creativity education course for graduate students in education. The graduate students were consisted of teachers. The creativity education program was conducted 15 times 4 months. The program was made aiming at helping teachers to understand the knowledge of creativity and develop their one creative potential. Creativity lecture was to proceed by two step: first of theory and practice, and last step of creativity training. The participants of this study were 9 teachers. The researcher conducted interviews with participants for a qualitative case study and analyzed the data-participant’s interview, archival records, physical artifacts, open-ended surveys. The effects of creativity program in the educational aspects were as follow: knowledge and skills of creativity, motivation reinforcement to improve creativity, creative attitude for creative approaches, creative environment, application of creativity education. Based on the results of research on the creativity program was discussed the effects of education.
