예비 초등교사의 창의적 교수행동에 대한 인식과 학습경험 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비 초등교사의 창의적 교수행동에 대한 학년별 인식과 학습경험의 실태를 분석하는 것이다. 창의적 교수행동은 자기주도학습 촉진, 협력학습 촉진, 동기유발, 판단유보, 융통성, 자기평가 촉진, 질문경청, 적용기회 제공, 그리고 도전격려 등 9개 영역의 지원활동을 포함한다. 이러한 9개 영역 45문항 5단계 Likert식 창의적 교수행동 척도와 창의적 교수행동 학습경험설문지를 사용하여 D교육대학교 재학생 177명을 대상으로 창의적 교수행동에 대한 인식과 학습 경험의 실태를 조사하고 분석하였다. 그 결과, 예비 초등교사의 창의적 교수행동인식 수준은 5점 척도에서 평균 3.89로 나타났고, 협력학습촉진, 판단유보, 융통성, 자기평가 등 4개 하위 영역에서는 학년 간에 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 대학 수업을 통한 창의적 교수행동의 학습경험 수준은 평균 2.58, 교육실습을 통한 창의적 교수행동의 학습경험은 평균 3.14로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 따라 예비교사의 교사 창의성, 교사 전문성, 창의적 교수행동의 향상을 위한 개선방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the actual state of learning experience and understanding of the creative teaching behavior of pre-service elementary school teachers. The creative teaching behavior includes the following nine factors; stimulating self-directed learning, stimulating co-operative learning, motivating divergent thinking, delaying judgment, encouraging flexible thinking, promoting self-evaluation, taking students' question seriously, offering students opportunities on various learning activities and encouraging challenges. This researcher analyzed the actual state of learning experience and understanding of the creative teaching behavior by investigating 177 D University of Education students using the 5-point Likert scale on forty-five items of the creative teaching behavior nine factors and two items of the creative teaching behavior learning experience. The results were as follows. The understanding level on the creative teaching behavior of the pre-service elementary school teachers was 3.89 in the 5-point Likert scale. Meanwhile, the four sub-factors, such as stimulating co-operative learning, delaying judgment, encouraging flexible thinking and promoting self-evaluation, showed significant difference among each grade of the pre-service elementary school teachers. Moreover, the mean of learning experience on the creative teaching behavior through the university class was 2.58 while the mean of learning experience on the creative teaching behavior through the teaching practice was 3.14. According to these results, improvement proposals were suggested to promote pre-service elementary school teachers' creativity, teaching expertise as well as their creative teaching behavior.
