국문 초록

스터디 위드미 라이브 스트리밍은 자기주도 학습의 혁신모델로써 생방송 내용이 정교하게 발전된 필연적인 산물이며 특히 젊은이들의 환영을 받고 있다. Bilibili는 중국에서 가장 중요한 학습 생방송 사이트 플랫폼으로 가장 많은 젊은 사용자와 내재된 커뮤니티 속성을 보유하고 있다. 라이브 스트리밍은 새로운 정보 시스템이기 때문에 본 연구는 사용 및 만족 이론, 사회적 존재, 장면, 즉시성 이론을 바탕으로 하였다. 스터디 위드미의 지속적 이용 의도는 영향 요인 모델을 구축하고 검증하였다. 연구 목적은 첫째, 스터디 위드미 라이브 스트리밍 이용의도의 현저한 영향 요소는 어떤 것이 있는가? 둘째, 이 요소들의 영향 정도 그리고 마지막으로 어떻게 사용자들의 지속적인 이용의도를 높여야 하는가? 이다. 이를 위해 온라인 설문 조사 및 관찰을 하였다. 이 조사는 대학생과 졸업생 250명을 대상으로 진행됐다. 그들은 모두 한 달 이상 스터디 위드미 라이브 스트리밍을 사용했다. 이 관찰은 Bilibili의 세 곳의 인기 있는 생방송 자습실에서 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회 즉시성, 기술 즉시성 및 장면 적응은 모두 사회적 존재에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 사회적 존재는 학습 욕구를 수반하는 만족과 지속적인 사용 의지에 현저한 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 학습 욕구에 수반되는 충족 정도도 사용자의 지속적인 이용의도에 직접적인 영향을 미친다.

영문 초록

“Study with Me” live streaming, as an innovative mode for self-directed learning, is the inevitable outcome of the development of live content refinement, particularly popular with young people. Bilibili is the most important study live streaming website platform in China, with the largest number of young users and intrinsic community attributes. This study seeks to investigate how to construct and validate a model of influencing factors of continuance usage intention to “Study with Me” live streaming, a late-model of information system, based on theories of UGT, social presence, immediacy, and context. The study is to understand 1) the factors significantly impact on continuance usage intention to study live streaming, 2) the degree of influence of the factors, and 3) how to promote users’ continuance usage intention. For the purposes online survey and observation were created. The survey was administered to 250 college students and graduates, who all used study live streaming more than one month. The observation was conducted in three popular live streaming study rooms on Bilibili. The results from the study displayed that 1) social immediacy, technological immediacy, and context adaptability all positively impact on social presence, 2) social presence has a significant impact on the satisfaction of accompanied learning needs and continuance usage intention, 3) the satisfaction of accompanied learning needs also directly impacts on users’ continuance usage intention.
