국문 초록

디지털 전환에 따라 산업구조와 기술변화가 빠르게 변하는 시대에 직업훈련의 고도화를 위해 직업훈련교사의 전문성과 역량을 파악하고 부족한 역량을 강화해야 한다. 이를 위해 직업훈련교사의 디지털 역량을 자기보고식으로 측정할 수 있는 설문도구를 개발하는 것이 주요 연구 목적이다. 선행연구 조사 및 전문가 FGI를 통해 예비 설문 문항을 개발하고 직업훈련교사 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 수집된 221건의 응답 데이터로 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하여 추출된 요인을 파악하였다. 최종적으로 개발된 직업훈련교사의 디지털 역량 측정 도구는 디지털 기본 역량과 디지털 교수 역량으로 구분하였다. 디지털 기본 역량은 3개 하위 요인, 22개 문항으로 구성하였고, 디지털 교수 역량은 3개 하위 요인, 24개 문항으로 구성하였다. 향후 본 연구의 결과물은 직업훈련교사가 자가로 디지털 역량을 진단하여 부족한 부분을 보완할 수 있는 지표가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있으며, 더 나아가 여러 직업훈련교사의 설문 결과 분석을 통해 직업훈련교사의 보수 교육 과정 개설, 보수 교육 콘텐츠 개발 등을 위한 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

In an era where industrial structures and technologies are rapidly changing due to digital transformation, vocational training teachers should be identified and their insufficient capabilities should be strengthened to advance vocational training. To this end, the main purpose of the study is to develop a questionnaire tool that can measure the digital competency of vocational training teachers in a self-report manner. Preliminary questionnaire items were developed through precedent research and expert FGI, and a questionnaire survey was conducted for vocational training teachers. Exploratory factor analysis was conducted with the collected 221 response data to identify the extracted factors. The finally developed digital competency measurement tool for vocational training teachers was divided into digital basic competency and digital teaching competency. Basic digital competency consisted of 3 sub-factors and 22 questions, and digital teaching competency consisted of 3 sub-factors and 24 questions. Using the study results, it is expected that vocational training teachers will be able to diagnose digital competencies and use them as an index to find and supplement their shortcomings on their own. It is expected that it will be used as basic data for opening teachers' refresher education courses and developing refresher education contents.
