국문 초록

본 연구는 시큐리티 업무 종사자를 대상으로 직무만족에 대한 구성개념을 탐색하는데 주목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 시큐리티 업무 종사자 108명을대상으로 개방형 설문을 실시하였으며, 총 318개의 원자료를 추출하였다. 수집된 원자료에 대하여 총 7명의 전문가 집단의 토론과 합의 검증의 방법으로 시큐리티 산업종사자의 직무만족 구성요인 범주화를 진행하였다. 내용분석을 실시한 결과 21개의주제영역을 포함하고 일반영역으로는 과업해결, 직장내 관계, 직무특성, 근무환경, 고객관계, 기타의 6개 영역으로 분류되었다. 본 연구는 타 연구에서 보여지는 직무만족 요인과 유사하지만 시큐리티 업무 종사자의 특수적인 요인들도 존재함을 보여 주었다고 할 수 있으며, 실제 현장에서근무하는 사람들을 대상으로 요인이 추출되었다는 데 그 의의가 있다고 사료된다. 직무만족 요인에 대하여 올바르게 측정하여 개선이 필요한 부분을 파악하는 동시에 직무만족을 향상시키기 위한 자료로서 역할이 가능할 것으로 생각되며 이직률이높게 나타나고 있는 현실에서 시큐리티 산업 분야의 양적 성장과 질적 성장을 모두이루기 위해서는 직무만족에 대한 정확한 연구가 필요하며 향후에도 학계의 중요한 과제라고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study focuses on exploring the constituent concept of job satisfaction for security workers. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, an open-ended questionnaire was conducted among 108 security workers. A total of 318 raw data were extracted. Regarding the collected raw data, a total of seven experts discussed and categorized the job satisfaction components of security industry workers by method of consensus verification. As a result of the content analysis, it included 21 subject areas, and the general areas were classified into 6 areas: task solving, workplace relations, job characteristics, working environment, customer relations, and others. This study is similar to the job satisfaction factors seen in other studies, but it can be said that there are also special factors for security workers. I think it's significant that the factors were extracted from field workers. It is thought that it will be possible to correctly measure job satisfaction factors and identify areas that need improvement while serving as data to improve job satisfaction. In order to achieve both quantitative and qualitative growth in the security industry in the reality that the turnover rate is high, accurate research on job satisfaction is necessary, and it can be said that it is an important task for academia in the future.
