국문 초록

본 연구는 유아 권리 존중 프로그램이 유아의 행복감 및 부모의 자녀 권리 존중 실행에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 전라남도 G시에 위치한 국공립어린이집에 재원중인 만 4, 5세 원아 30명이다. 실험처치에 사용한 권리 존중 프로그램은 선행연구 및 관련 문헌 고찰을 통해 15회기로 구성하였다. 실험처치는 2021년 4월부터 5월까지 주 2회 진행하였다. 연구대상 집단 유아의 행복감 및 부모의 자녀 권리 존중 실행에 대한 사전, 사후 검사 결과는 SPSS 24.0을 사용하여 대응표본 t검증을 실시하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아 권리 존중 프로그램은 유아의 행복감을 증진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아 권리 존중 프로그램은 부모의 자녀 권리 존중 실행을 증진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 유아 권리 존중 프로그램이 유아의 행복감과 부모의 자녀 권리 존중 실행을 증진시키는데 효과적인 교수학습방법임을 시사한다. 따라서 부모가 자녀의 권리 존중에 보다 많은 관심을 가질 수 있도록 지역사회 수준의 부모교육이 제공되어야 하고, 교사교육도 제공될 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to find out how the program to respect children's rights affects children's happiness and parents' practice of respecting children's rights. The subjects of this study were 30 children aged 4 and 5 enrolled in a public daycare center located in G city, Jeollanam-do. The rights respect program used for the experimental treatment consisted of 15 sessions through a review of previous studies and related literature. Experimental treatment was conducted twice a week from April to May 2021. The results of the pre- and post-tests on the happiness of the children in the study group and the parents' practice of respecting the rights of children were analyzed by conducting a paired-sample t-test using SPSS 24.0. The research results are as follows. First, it was found that the program for respecting children's rights enhances children's happiness. Second, it was found that the program to respect children's rights promotes parents' practice of respecting children's rights. These research results suggest that the program for respecting children's rights is an effective teaching and learning method to enhance children's happiness and parents' practice of respecting children's rights. Therefore, it is necessary to provide parent education at the community level and teacher education so that parents can pay more attention to respect for their children's rights.
