국문 초록

본 연구는 직장인을 대상으로 여가만족과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 직무열의의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 사무직 근로자 213명을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. SPSS 25.0을 활용하여 연구대상의 일반적인 특성을 파악하기 위해 빈도분석, 기술통계분석을 실시하였다. 변인 간의 관계를 규명하기 위해 Pearson 상관분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 직무열의의 매개효과를 검정하기 위해 Process Macro 4.0 ver. Model 4를 활용하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여가만족과 그 하위변인인 심리적, 심미적 요인이 심리적 안녕감에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 여가만족과 그 하위변인인 심미적, 신체적 요인이 직무열의에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 여가만족과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 직무열의의 매개효과가 나타났다. 또한, 직무열의의 하위변인인 활력, 전념, 몰두도 모두 매개효과가 있음이 확인되었다. 이러한 분석을 토대로 직장인이 높은 심리적 안녕감을 유지하기 위해서는 여가활동 후 느끼는 만족감과 직무열의가 중요한 변인임을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to examine the mediating effect of job engagement on the relationship between leisure satisfaction and psychological well-being for office workers. For this purpose, data collected from 213 office workers was used for analysis. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and post-hoc verification (Scheffe) were performed to identify general characteristics of the research subjects using SPSS 25.0. To identify the relationship between factors, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed. To test the mediating effect of job engagement, Process Macro 4.0 ver. Model 4 was used. The conclusions drawn through these research procedures and methods are as follows. First, it was found that leisure satisfaction and its sub-variables, psychological and aesthetic factors, had a significant positive effect on psychological well-being. Second, it was found that leisure satisfaction and its sub-variables, aesthetic and physical factors, had a significant positive effect on job engagement. Third, the mediating effect of job engagement was found in the relationship between leisure satisfaction and psychological well-being. In addition, it was confirmed that vigor, dedication, and absorption, which are sub-factors of job engagement, all had a mediating effect. Our finding highlights the importance of leisure satisfaction and job engagement to improve the psychological well-being of worker.
