국내 직무 역량모델 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내에서 이루어진 직무와 관련된 역량모델 연구 문헌을 수집, 분석하여 연구 동향과 특성을 파악하고 이후 역량모델 관련된 후속 연구 발전에 필요한 기초적인 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2002년부터 2021년 12월까지 수행된 역량모델 관련 국내 학술 논문을 한국학술연구정보서비스(RISS)와 한국학술지인용색인(KCI) 사이트를 통해 수집하였고, PRISMA 단계를 거쳐 117편의 연구문헌을 최종 선정하였다. 선정된 논문을 연구시기, 연구유형, 연구주제, 연구방법, 자료수집방법, 연구대상 등의 서술적 기준과 개발방법, 역량유형, 집단 비교 조사 여부, 현 수준·요구도·중요도 조사 여부 등의 내용적 기준에 따라 체계적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 역량모델과 관련된 연구가 시기적으로 증가하였고, 연구유형, 연구방법, 자료수집방법이 다양화되고 있었다. 둘째, 역량모델 연구에서 설정한 연구주제, 연구대상, 역량유형이 점차 확대되고 있었다. 셋째, 역량모델을 규정함에 있어 고성과자의 특성에 주목하고, 도출된 역량모형을 활용하기 위한 연구가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 역량모델 관련 후속연구에 대한 제언과 본 연구의 제한점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This research was intended to identify the trends and characteristics of research by collecting and analyzing the literature of research related to the job competency model conducted in Korea, and to provide basic data necessary for the development of research related to the competency model. To this end, domestic academic papers related to the competency model conducted from 2002 to December 2021 were collected through the website of the Research Information Sharing Service(RISS) and the Korean Citation Index(KCI), and the documents of 117 studies through the PRISMA stage were finally selected. Systematic analysis was conducted according to descriptive criteria such as the timing of research, the type of research, the subject of research, the method of research, the method of collecting data, the target of research, etc., the method of development, the type of competency, whether to investigate the comparison of groups, and whether to investigate the current level, demand, and importance. In the results of the analysis, first, research related to the competency model increased in a timely manner, and the type of research, the method of research, and the method of collecting data were diversified. Second, there was a gradual expansion of the subject of research, the target of research, and the type of competency set out in the study of the competency model. Third, in the regulation of the competency model, attention is paid to the characteristics of high-performance performers, and there is an increasing trend of research to utilize the competency model derived. Based on these results, suggestions for subsequent studies related to the competency model and restrictions on this study were presented.
