국문 초록

이 연구는 농업계 고등학교 교사들의 ICT 리터러시 수준과 ICT 활용 수업 의도 관련 영향 요인을 파악하여 농업발전과 농업인력 양성에 도움을 주는 농업계 고등학교 교사의 ICT 리터러시 역량을 향상 시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 군집표집 기법 활용하여 총 10개교 145명의 응답을 분석한 결과, 농업계 고등학교 교사의 ICT 리터러시 수준은 3.74로 나타났으며, 하위영역에서는 운동기능적 영역(M=3.85), 정의적 영역(M=3.72), 인지적 영역(M=3.62)순으로 나타났다. ICT 리터러시의 하위 3개 영역과 ICT 활용 가치, ICT 활용 환경을 독립변인으로 설정하고 ICT 활용 수업 의도를 종속변인으로 설정하여 다중회귀분석을 수행한 결과, 52.79%의 설명력을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 추가적으로 모델의 예측력을 높이기 위해 변인감소법을 실시한 결과, 앞서 유의미하게 나타나지 않은 ICT 활용 가치와 ICT 활용 환경 변인이 제거되었으며 ICT 리터러시 하위영역 중 정의적 영역이 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study tried to find a way to improve the ICT literacy competency of agricultural high school teachers by identifying the factors influencing the ICT literacy level of agricultural high school teachers and their intention to use ICT in class. As a result of analyzing the responses of 145 teachers from 10 schools using the cluster sampling technique, the ICT literacy level of agricultural high school teachers was 3.74. In the subdomains, the psycho-motor domain (M=3.85), the affective domain (M=3.72), and the cognitive domain (M=3.62) were shown in order. Multiple regression analysis was performed by setting the lower three domains of ICT literacy, ICT utilization value, and ICT utilization environment as independent variables, and setting ICT utilization intention as the dependent variable. As a result, it was found to have an explanatory power of 52.79%. Additionally, as a result of implementing the variable reduction method to increase the predictive power of the model, the ICT utilization value and environment variables that did not appear significant previously were removed, and it was found that the affective domain had the greatest influence among the ICT literacy subdomains.
