국문 초록

본 연구는 자기조절전략교수를 활용한 이야기글 작문 지도가 지적장애학생의 쓰기 흥미와 쓰기 능력에 미치는 효과를 파악하는데 주요한 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전라남도 M군 소재 초등학교 특수학급에 재학하고 있는 초등학교 고학년의 지적장애학생 3명을 대상으로 단일대상연구를 실시하였다. 중재 프로그램은 총 14회기로 이루어졌으며 자기조절 전략을 기반한 ‘아채쓰읽자’ 전략을 사용하였다. 쓰기 흥미는 사전-사후 분석으로, 쓰기 능력은 중다 간헐 기초선 설계로 이루어졌다. 그 결과 자기조절전략을 활용한 이야기글 작문 지도는 지적장애 학생의 쓰기 흥미에 긍정적 변화를 나타내었다. 또한 이야기글에 포함한 구성요소 수와 어절 수, 어휘 수, 중복 단어를 제외한 어휘 수를 증가시켰다. 이상의 연구 결과를 통해 현장 쓰기 교수에의 제언 및 후속 연구에서의 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of narrative composition writing instruction using a self-regulated strategy on the writing interests and writing performance of students with intellectual disabilities. To this end, a single-subject study design was conducted with three students with intellectual disabilities. These students were enrolled in the upper grades of the elementary school special classroom located in the M city of Jeollanam-do. The intervention program consisted of a total of 14 sessions, using ‘ahchaesseu-ilgja’ strategies based on self-regulated strategies. Writing interests were assessed by a pre-post design, and writing performance was assessed by a multiple probe baseline design across subjects. As a result, the narrative writing instruction using the self-regulated strategies was effective in increasing their writing interests. In addition, the number of story elements, the number of words, the number of vocabulary words, and the number of words and vocabulary words excluding overlapping words of students with intellectual disabilities were also increased. Based on the results, future research and practices in writing instruction were presented.
