국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 심리적 지속 모델(PCM)을 적용하여 e스포츠 참여자들의 단계별 참여정도에 따른 몰입 정도를 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기위하여 최근 6개월 이내 e스포츠 참여 경험이 있는 성인을 대상으로 설문을 실시, 총 267건의 데이터를 연구에 사용하였다. 수집된 데이터는 윈도우 SPSS, AMOS 프로그램을 통해 분석하였다. 빈도 분석, 기술통계량 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 교차분석 및 다변량 분산분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 수행 결과, e스포츠 참여자들은 심리적 지속 모델의 단계가 상승할수록 주당 참여빈도와 회당 참여시간이 통계적으로 유의하게 상승하는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 심리적지속 모델의 단계가 상승할수록 인지몰입과 행동몰입이 모두 상승하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과를 통해서 e스포츠 참여자들의 심리적 참여단계에 따른 참여정도와 몰입을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 e스포츠 참여자들의 여가활동 참여 연구에 대한 이론적 근거와 데이터를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 연구 의의를 가진다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the degree of flow according to the level of participation of esports participants by applying the psychological continuum model(PCM). To achieve the purpose of this study, a questionnaire was conducted on adults who had participated in e-sports within the last 6 months, total of 267 data were used for the study. The collected data was analyzed with Windows SPSS and AMOS programs. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, cross tab analysis and MANOVA were performed. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the frequency of participation per week and the time per session for esports participants increased statistically significantly as the level of the PCM increased. It was confirmed that as the level of the PCM increased, both cognitive and behavioral flow increased. Through the results of this study, it was possible to confirm the degree of participation and immersion according to the psychological participation stage of esports participants.
