국문 초록

이 연구에서는 우리나라와 일본의 정규교과 교육이 끝나고, 방과후에 활동하는 스포츠클럽의 관계를 분석함으로써 우리나라 방과후 학교체육 프로그램 개발 및 편성, 운영에 법·제도적 제언을 목적으로 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 다음과 같은 내용을 중심으로 분석, 전개 하였다. 첫째, 한국의 국가 수준 교육과정과 일본의 학습지도요령이라는 법적 고시에 나타나는 교과활동을 분석한다(개정 신학습지도요령(新學習指導要領)중심). 둘째, 한국과 일본의 방과후 스포츠클럽 사례를 분석한다. 셋째, 한국과 일본의 방과후 스포츠클럽 활동에 대한 탐색과 시사점을 도출한다. 결론으로 우리나라와 일본 모두 주5일제 정착과 노동시간 단축에 따른 여가시간 증대에 따라서 학교체육의 역할이 증대되었다. 우리나라의 경우 일본보다 늦은 경쟁중심의 엘리트 스포츠에서 스포츠의 대중화에 따른 다양한 레저스포츠 및 치료나 예방 등을 위한 뉴스포츠, 그리고 건강증진에서 복지차원에서 법제화가 뒤 따르고 있다. 이와 같은 현실에서 학교 체육교육과 방과후 학교 스포츠클럽은 학생의 자연발생적 욕구와 사회의 필요성에 부합되어야 한다. 또 체육교육과정과 스포츠클럽의 수준 높은 프로그램을 준비하여, 사회에서도 지속적인 스포츠 활동이 이루어지도록 한다. 먼저 현장에서 다양한 분석과 효과적인 운영방안을 모색하고, 그에 따른 법제도화가 이루어져야 좀 더 적극적인 활동이 전개될 것으로 예상된다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to provide legal and systematic proposals on developing, organizing, and running after-school sports programs in Korea by analyzing the relation between regular courses of study and active after-school sports clubs in Korea and Japan. To achieve the purpose of this study, the study was analyzed and developed based on the following. First of all, an analysis was made on the national-level curriculum activities in Korea and the national curriculum in Japan. Specifically, an analysis was conducted focusing on the revised curriculum in 2009 and the 2008 new national curriculum in Japan. Secondly, an analysis was made on cases of after-school sports clubs in Korea and Japan, and the study was developed by identifying the details of specific after-school sports club activities through cases that did not appear in the revised curriculum in 2009 and the 2008 new national curriculum in Japan. Thirdly, after-school sports club activities in Korea and Japan were explored and implications were derived. In conclusion, future physical education and after-school sports club must fulfill the naturally occurring desires of students and satisfy the needs of the society. In addition, physical education curriculum and high quality sports club programs must be prepared, and must enable people to continuously engage in sports activities in the society as well. For this purpose, various analyses and effective operating measures must be sought out at the scene, and their legalization must be carried out accordingly.
