성인의 자아상태 관련 변인 간의 효과에 대한 메타분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 성인의 자아상태와 관련된 변인 간의 효과 크기를 분석하여 성격의 총체적 표현인 자아 상태의 발달에 영향을 미치는 관련 변인의 순위를 살펴봄으로써 교육 및 상담학적 함의를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해, 국내에서 발표된 교류분석 논문 중 총 40편(k=656)의 논문을 선정하고 n(논문 수)≥3 이상인 변인으로 확인된 자아상태, 인생태도, 스트로크, 직무만족도, 리더십, 스트레스, 우울 등의 전체효과크기를 분석한 결과, 0.2019로 중간 효과크기로 나타났다. 각 변인의 효과크기는 리더십(NP>A>CP>AC>FC), 자아상태(NP>AC>CP>A>FC), 스트로크(FC>A>CP), 인생태도(FC>A>CP>NP), 직무만족도(A>FC>NP)의 순으로 나타났으며, 스트레스와 우울은 전체효과크기에서는 유의하지 않았으나 스트레스는 AC>CP의 순으로, 우울은 AC에 대해 유의미한 결과를 보였다. 조절변인으로 논문형태, 연구대상, 측정, 개별 관련 변인을 설정하여 전체효과크기를 검증한 결과, 네 가지 변인 모두에서 집단 간 차이가 유의미하였다. 결과를 바탕으로 성인의 자아상태에 관한 시사점과 함의 및 제한점 등이 논의되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide educational and counseling implications through analyze the total effect size of ego-state related variables and its ranks. For this purpose, total 40 papers (k=656) and the variables such as ego-state, life-position, stroke, job satisfaction, leadership, stress, and depression which have over three (n≥3) were extracted. At the analysis, total effect size showed medium effect size as 0.2019. The effect size of the related variables was in the order of leadership (NP>A>CP>AC>FC), ego state (NP>AC>CP>A>FC), stroke (FC>A>CP), life position (FC>A>CP>NP), job satisfaction (A>FC>NP). Stress and depression were not statistically significant in terms of total effect size, but the stress showed in order of AC>CP and the depression had significant relation with AC. The overall effect size was verified by setting the moderator variables that thesis type, study subject, measurement, and related variables. The difference between groups was significant in all four variables. Finally, discussion on the ego-sate of adult, implications and limitations of this study were suggested.
