국문 초록

본 연구는 콘텐츠기업이 콘텐츠를 성공적으로 사업화하기 위해 금융권으로부터 재원을 조달하는 과정을 살펴보고 산업의 특수성을 반영한 금융제도 도입을 위해 제도 운영 절차를 표준화하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 한국콘텐츠진흥원의 콘텐츠금융제도에 대해 사례연구를 실시하였다. 한국콘텐츠진흥원은 콘텐츠기업 맞춤형 투융자 콘텐츠금융제도를 운영하고 있어 사례연구를 통한 표준화의 결정요인 분석이 가능하여 표준화 방안을 제 시할 수 있다. 또한 한국콘텐츠진흥원의 콘텐츠가치평가센터에서는 콘텐츠가치평가를 통한 투융자 유치 연계를 지원하고 있다. 본 연구결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 콘텐츠금융제도를 기술금융과 같이 시장에 정착시키기 위해서는 정책금융의 역할과 기능을 강화해야 한다. 콘텐츠산업은 고위험, 고수익의 특성을 가지고 있어 성공 확실성이 낮아 민간 금융권이 유입되기 어려운 구조다. 이에 정책금융을 통해 민간 금융권의 자본이 유입될 수 있는 환경을 조성하고 유도하는 것이 필요하다. 정책금융 기능 강화를 기반으로 콘텐츠금융제도의 표준화를 고민해야 한다. 둘째, 콘텐츠가치평가를 통한 투자 절차를 표준화해야 한다. 기존 콘텐츠가치평가 연계 펀드의 확대 운영이 필요하다. 셋째, 콘텐츠가치평가 기반 보증부 융자 절차를 표준화해야 한다. 콘텐츠가치평가는 민간 금융권의 판단 기준을 제시해줄 것이다.

영문 초록

This study examines the process of financing content companies from the financial sector for successful content commercialization. Furthermore, it seeks the possibility of standardization of system operation procedures for the introduction of a financial system reflecting the specificity of the industry. To this end, a case study was conducted on the content financing system of the Korea Creative Content Agency. The Korea Creative Content Agency operates a content financing system tailored to content companies. Therefore, it is possible to analyze the determinants of standardization and present standardization models through this. In addition, the Content Assessment Center of the Korea Creative Content Agency supports the linkage of attracting investment & loans through content assessment. The research results are as follows. First, in order to establish the content financing system in the market like technology financing system, the role and function of policy financing system must be strengthened. The content industry has high-risk and high-return characteristics. In other words, it is difficult for private capital to flow in due to low probability of success. Therefore, it is necessary to create and induce an environment in which capital from the private financial sector can flow through policy financing. Based on strengthening policy financing functions, it is necessary to consider standardizing the content finance system. Second, investment procedures should be standardized through content assessment. It is necessary to expand the existing Content Assessment Linked Fund. Third, it is necessary to standardize the guarantee loan procedure based on content assessment. content assessment will provide criteria for judging the private financial sector.
