귀농준비자의 귀농의지 검사 도구 개발

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 귀농준비자의 귀농의지 검사 도구를 개발하고 타당화하는 데 있다. 기존 연구에서는 의도와 의지의 개념적인 차이에도 불구하고 귀농의도와 귀농의지의 개념을 구분하지 않고 혼용하여 측정하였다는 점에서 한계를 지닌다. 한편, 귀농의지는 귀농에 대한 계획을 세우고 귀농을 실행하기 위하여 자발적으로 자기 생각과 행동을 제어한다는 점에서 귀농의도보다 더 나아간 개념이며, 준비 과정이 오랜 시간과 큰 노력을 요구하는 귀농의 특성에도 부합하는 것으로 판단된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 귀농준비자의 귀농의지를 구인화하고, 예비문항을 도출하여 최종적으로 타당성과 신뢰성을 확보한 검사 도구를 개발하고자 하였다. 먼저, 이론적 개념 고찰을 통해 예비문항을 도출한 후 전문가를 대상으로 내용타당도를 진행하였으며, 최종 문항에 대하여 411명을 대상으로 문항 분석, 상관관계 분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석 등을 실시하였다. 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 의도, 자기결정성, 주의제어 3개의 구인이 도출되었고, 확인적 요인분석을 통해 모형적합도 및 요인적재량 값을 확인하였다. 최종적으로 의도 3문항, 자기결정성 4문항, 주의제어 5문항을 총 12문항을 확정하였다. 수렴타당도와 판별타당도를 통해 구성타당도를 검증하였으며, 준거타당도 및 신뢰도 또한 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 후속연구 및 교육현장을 위한 제언으로 검사 대상의 확대, 예언 타당도 확보, 실증적 인과관계 분석, 귀농교육 현장에서 사전진단 및 성과지표로의 활용 등을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop and validate the instrument of agricultural entrepreneurship volition. Previous studies showed a limitation that intention and volition in the context of agricultural entrepreneurship were defined and measured interchangeably despite the conceptual difference between them. On the other hand volition is a concept that has gone further than intention in that it deals with not only having a plan and a goal but also voluntarily keeping self-determination and controlling one s thoughts and actions. It is suggested volition is adequate for using as a proxy of agricultural entrepreneurship behavior. Therefore, this study developed an instrument of agricultural entrepreneurship volition ensuring secured validity and reliability. After deriving preliminary questions through a review of theoretical concepts, content validity was conducted among experts. Item analysis, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted using 411 observations with final items. In EFA, three factors were derived: intention, self-determination, and attention control. Goodness of model fit and factor loading values were confirmed through CFA. Finally, 4 items for intention, 5 items for self-determination, and 6 items for attention control were confirmed. Composition validity was verified through convergence validity and discriminant validity, and reference validity and reliability were also found to be appropriate. As follow-up studies and practical suggestions, the expansion of test subjects, securing predictive validity, empirical causal analysis were presented as well as applying this instrument as preliminary diagnosis or performance indicators in educational field.
