교사의 영유아 권리존중 인식, 영유아 권리존중 실행, 그리고 교사-영유아 상호작용의 구조적 관계 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 교사의 영유아 권리존중 인식, 영유아 권리존중 실행, 그리고 교사-영유아 상호작용 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울특별시 소재 어린이집과 유치원에 근무하는 교사 400명이었다. 자료 수집은 Google 설문 조사 프로그램을 통해 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 프로그램과 AMOS 24.0 프로그램을 활용하여 신뢰도분석, 기술통계 및 상관분석, 구조방정식 모형을 활용한 경로분석을 하였다. 교사의 영유아 권리존중 인식, 영유아 권리존중 실행, 그리고 교사-영유아 상호작용 간의 구조적 관계를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 영유아 권리존중 인식은 영유아 권리존중 실행에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 영유아 권리존중 실행은 교사-영유아 상호작용에 높은 영향을 미치고 있었다. 그러나 영유아 권리존중 인식은 교사-영유아 상호작용에 낮은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 영유아 권리존중 실행이 교사-영유아 상호작용에 매우 중요한 매개효과로 드러났기 때문에 영유아 권리존중 실행을 동반한 교육 방법이 효과적임을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural relationship among the recognition of respect for the rights of children, the implementation of respect for the rights of children, and the teacher-child interaction. Data from 400 teachers who works on the childcare center and kindergarten in Seoul was collected Google Form Program. The data analysis was performed correlation analysis, and path analysis with structural equation model by using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. As a result of analyzing the structural relationship among the recognition of respect for children s rights, the implementation of respect for the rights of children, and the teacher-child interaction, the recognition of respect for children s rights effected of on the implementation of respect for the rights of children, and the implementation of respect for the rights of children effected highly of on the teacher-child interaction. However, It was found that the recognition of respect for children s rights effected a low of on the teacher-child interaction. Since there was a limit to enhancing the effect of teacher-child interaction, and the implementation of respect for the rights of children was found to be a very important effect on the teacher-child interaction. And the results suggest that it is an educational method that accompanies childcare that respects the rights of children.
