유아교육기관에서의 생태적 식생활에 관한 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 생태적 식생활의 의미과 유아교육기관에서의 생태적 식생활의 방향을 탐색하고, 생태유아공동체 에 가입되어 있는 H어린이집을 선정하여 사례연구를 함으로써 생태적 식생활을 실천함에 있어 유아교육기관에서의 교사역할을 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 생태적 식생활은 생태학적 세계관에 근거한 삶의 양식의 변화를 위하여 식생활에서 생명·자연·인간의 관계성을 인식하고 살림의 실천을 지향하는 것으로 볼 수 있었다. 먹을거리와의 관계 맺기에서는 생태적 식생활의 실천을 통해 교사 자신의 먹을거리가 변화되어가고 있음을, 아이들과의 관계 맺기에서는 교육과정 속에 식생활의 다양한 부분이 포함될 수 있음을 발견했다. 부모와의 관계 맺기에서는 식생활이 부모와의 관계 활성에 촉진제 역할을 하며, 환경과의 관계에서는 자연이 중요한 교사역할 수행의 터전으로 작용하는 것을 확인했다. 이상의 결과를 토대로, 본 연구는 생태적 식생활을 통해 교사, 아동, 부모, 환경이 상호 연결될 수 있고, 그 속에서 다양한 교사역할이 가능함을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, 생태유아교육의 실천을 위해 다양한 교사역할에 대한 실천적 지원과 교육모델 개발의 필요성을 제안하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This study has researched what meaning ecological dietary life has, and how ecological dietary life could be improved, choosing H child-educare center involved in eco community for young children , the case study has reviewed the experiences of performing teachers role practicing ecological dietary life in early childhood education. The result of this study showed that ecological dietary life recognized the relationship among life, nature, and human in the food and dietary life for children, and persued the practice in household. Teachers tried to change their food in making a relationship with food in performing the role of teacher in ecological dietary life, it was found that much part of dietary life could be included in education course in making a relationship with children. In making a lelationship with parents, dietary life takes the role as promoter in activation of relationship with parents, the ground of the nature acts as the ground of practicing important teachers role in the relationship with space. With the base of the result, this study has found that various conflicts and relationships with others had been produced performing the teachers role and suggested that practical supports ofr the teachers and development of the education models are needed in the practice of the eco-oriented early childhood education.
