유치원 교육과정과 초등학교 저학년 교육과정의 생태유아교육적 비교분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 유치원 교육과정과 초등학교 저학년 교육과정을 생태유아교육적 관점에서 해석하고 적용하기 위한 기초를 마련하고자 2007년 개정 교육과정을 생명중심, 공동체, 몸ㆍ마음ㆍ영혼의 조화라는 관점에서 비교분석하였다. 개정된 두 교육과정은 인간상 및 교육목표, 구성지침, 편성 및 운영지침, 각 교육내용영역의 교육목표 등에서 친자연적이고 사회공동체, 전인교육이란 용어들이 생태적으로 해석될 수 있으나, 생명중심, 전우주적인 공동체, 몸ㆍ마음ㆍ영혼의 조화라는 생태교육의 특징으로 이해되기에는 각 교육기관이나 교육자의 교육관에 따라 그 해석이 달라질 가능성이 있다. 그러므로 교육과정 수시개정, 교사연수, 교육과정 해설, 적용 프로그램 등에서 생태교육적 세계관, 교육관, 아동관에 대한 인식을 높여야 할 것이며 생태적 교육에 대한 초ㆍ중등교육과정의 교육철학적 논의와 다양한 시도가 더욱 활발히 이루어져야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study is aimed to compare curriculums between Kindergarten and Elementary School based on Eco-early childhood education. For this purpose I reviewed the sentences and expressions of the both curriculums and compared their eudcational objectives, contents according to pro-naturalism, community spirits and harmony of body, mind, spirit. The research contents for this purpose are as follows: First, both curriculums has some wards and sentences similar with pro-naturalism, community spirits and harmonized whole humanity. Analyses and explanations depend on the educational philosophies. 2007 revision of curriculums have been discussed a lot, but its backgrounds according to eco-early childhood education philosophy should be discussed more and be shared enough. Second, each educational contents have commons and differentness. Kindergarten curriculums are more integrated and general otherwise Elementary curriculums are guided more specific and divided each sections- contents and methods. It might be a good way planning and managing school-based curriculums focused on eco-early childhood education philosophy. It guaranteed effective ways and learning environments. Therefore discussing is more needed to change awareness and attitudes about whole education.
