유아셀프리더십 프로그램이 조망수용능력과 주장성행동에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아셀프리더십 프로그램이 조망수용능력과 주장성행동에 미치는 효과에 대해 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 경북 P시에 소재하고 있는 P어린이집 만 5세 유아 46명을 대상으로 실험집단 23명과 통제집단 23명으로 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN version 15.0 프로그램을 사용하여 조망수용능력과 주장성행동의 사전점수를 공변인으로 하고, 사후점수를 종속변인으로 하여 다변인 공변량 분석(MANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 유아셀프리더십 프로그램 활동을 경험한 유아는 조망수용능력 증진에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 조망수용능력의 하위요인 중 타인사고, 타인의도, 타인감정 모든 하위요인에서 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아셀프리더십 프로그램 활동을 경험한 유아는 주장성행동의 하위요인 중 주장적 행동과 소극적 행동에는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났지만, 공격적 행동에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of a preschoolers’ self-leadership program on perspective-taking ability and assertive behavior. The subjects of this study consisted of 23 preschoolers in the experimental group and 23 preschoolers in the control group, totaling 46 preschoolers aged five years at P daycare center, which is located in P city of Gyeongbuk. MANCOVA was carried out by having perspective-taking ability and assertive behavior as the covariants, and dependent variables as the post-score. The findings of the preschoolers’ self-leadership program were as follows: First, perspective-taking ability was promoted, which suggests that the program activities had a significant influence on all other ideas, intentions, and emotions as sub-factors of perspective-taking ability . Secondly, the program had a significant influence on both assertive and passive behavior in terms of the sub-factors of assertive behavior but were not found to have a significant influence on aggressive behavior.
