국문 초록

학습전이는 성인교육 분야에서 지속적인 연구 주제였다. 하지만 무형식학습과 자기주도학습이 일터와 학습 장소에서 확대되면서 학습전이에 대한 새로운 이론이 요청되었다. 이런 점에서 계획행동이론은 새로운 이론으로서 가능성을 가지고 있었다. 이런 선행연구에 기초하여 본 연구의 목적은 계획행동이론 모형에 기초하여 행동에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제, 학습전이의도, 학습전이의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하는 것이었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해, A 유통기업의 직무 온라인 교육프로그램 참가자 371명으로부터 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 활용하여 구조방정식모형 방법에 따라 연구모형을 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 행동에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제, 학습전이의도, 학습전이로 구성된 본 연구모형의 적합도는 적합도 기준을 충족하였다. 둘째, 행동에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제는 학습전이의도와 학습전이에 직접적으로 정적 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 학습전이의도는 행동에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제가 학습전이에 주는 영향을 매개하였다. 이상의 분석결과에 대한 결론과 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Learning transfer had been studied in adult education continuously. As informal and self-directed learning had been spread in work and learning place, new theoretical background for learning transfer had been necessary. Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB) might be a solution. Based on the related literatures, the purpose of this study was to analyze the relations among attitude to behavior, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, intention to learning transfer, and learning transfer based on TPB. For the purpose, data were collected from 371 adult learners through survey. The learners participated in A educational program in online platform of A distribution company in South Korea. The data were analyzed according to the procedures of structural equation model. The results were as follows. First, the fit indexes of this research model were satisfied the criteria. Second, attitude to behavior, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control had the direct influences on both learning transfer and intention to learning transfer. Third, intention to learning transfer mediated the impacts of attitude to behavior, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control on learning transfer. Based on the results, conclusions and implications were discussed and suggested.
