청소년의 도박행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년의 현재 도박행동과 미래 도박행동 가능성에 영향을 미치는 요인들이 무엇이고, 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하여 청소년 도박행동의 예방과 조기 개입을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. 연구대상은 경기지역에 소재한 2개 고등학교에 재학 중인 남녀 1-2학년 724명이다. 본 연구 결과는 첫째, 성별에 따라 비합리적 도박신념과 미래 도박행동 가능성에 유의미한 차이를 보였고, 사후검증에서도 유미한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 학년에 따라 미래 도박행동 가능성에 유의미한 차이를 보였고, 사후검증에서도 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 현재 도박행동, 종교, 스트레스, 인터넷중독, 비합리적 도박신념, 미래 도박행동 가능성, 부모의 도박행동 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계를 보였고, 미래 도박행동 가능성, 학년, 성별 간에도 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 넷째, 비합리적 도박신념, 스트레스, 부모의 도박행동, 인터넷중독이 청소년의 현재 도박행동에 유의미한 영향력을 갖고 있었고, 현재 도박행동 수준, 성별, 학년, 부모의 도박행동, 인터넷중독이 미래의 도박행동 가능성에 유의미한 영향력을 갖고 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors influencing adolescents’ gambling behavior and interest on adult gambling. The subject were 724 adolescents from two high school located on Kyunggi. The results were as follows: First, the irrational gambling belief and interest on adult gambling were different according to the gender. Second, the interest on adult gambling was according to the school year. Third, the religion, the stress, the internet addiction, the irrational gambling belief, parent’s gambling behavior, adolescents’ gambling and the interest on adult gambling showed a statistically significant correlation. The gender, the school year and the interest on adult gambling showed a statistically significant correlation. Fourth, the irrational gambling belief, the stress, parents’ gambling behavior and the internet addiction seemed to explain adolescents’ gambling behavior levels. Gambling behavior level, the gender, the school year, parents’ gambling behavior and the internet addiction seemed to explain the interest on adult gambling.
