장애인고용서비스 확대 대상 및 서비스 욕구 탐색을 위한 기초 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 한국장애인고용공단이 개발한 장애인고용서비스다양성검사를 이용하여 현재 15개 등록장애유형 이외, 고용서비스 확대 대상자를 탐색하고 필요한 고용서비스 유형과 서비스 욕구를 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 연구를 위하여 장애인당사자와 재활관련 전문가가 고용서비스 확대가 필요한 5개 미등록 장애유형을 우선순위로 선정한 후, 온라인 설문조사 및 화상면접을 병행하며 확대 대상자들의 고용능력을 평가할 수 있는 장애인고용서비스다양성검사를 실시하였다. 총 216명의 미등록 장애인이 연구에 참여하였고, ADHD, 경계선급 지적기능, 강박장애, CRPS 및 PTSD가 최종 고용서비스 확대 대상자로 선정되었다. 이 연구는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 활용였고, 문항별 빈도분석, 기술통계, ANOVA 및 사후검증이 실시되었다. 연구 결과, 최종학력, 취업 여부, 장애에 따른 불편감, 구직욕구 제한 정도, 직업준비능력의 신체영역, 직업기초태도, 직업 환경 영역에서 집단 간 유의미한 차이가 나타났고, 확대 장애유형 간 장애인 직업재활서비스가 선별적으로 제공되어야 할 필요성이 제기되었다. 연구 결과를 토대로 결론 및 시사점 등이 논의되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate a possible expansion of employment services for people with non-registered disabilities and to identify their needs of the employment services by using survey and interview of the study participants. A total of 216 people were participated in this study, and the final analysis was performed by using the SPSS 23.0 program. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, ANOVA, & Post-hoc comparison were performed, and ANOVA with post-hoc analysis were applied to examine the differences between the study groups. As a result of this study, 5 types of non-registered disability groups were identified through FGI and professional consultations in hierarchical order which were as follows: ADHD, Borderline Intellectual Function, OCD, CRPS, and PTSD. Online survey and video interview were utilized along with the diversity test. There were statistically significant differences in the categories of educational level, employment status, discomfort level due to disability, limit of job search desire, physical capability of job readiness skills, basic job attitude, and workplace environment. Based on the results of the study, the further study suggestions and limitations were discussed.
