교사 회복탄력성에 관한 국내 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 교사 회복탄력성에 관한 국내 학술지 논문의 연구 동향을 분석하여 향후 교사 회복탄력성 관련 연구의 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구를 위해 2010년부터 2020년까지 국내 학술지에 발표된 89편의 논문을 대상으로 연구 시기, 연구 대상, 연구주제, 연구 방법으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 연구 시기별 동향은 2010년부터 학술지에 논문이 발표되기 시작하여 2020년까지 꾸준히 발표되는 것으로 나타났고, 2015년에서 2020년 사이에 증가추세를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구 대상별 동향은 유아 교사, 초등교사, 중등교사, 특수교사, 상담교사 중 유아 교사를 대상으로 한 연구가 주(75.9%)를 이루고 있어. 자격 종류에 따른 연구 대상을 확대할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 연구주제별 동향은 회복탄력성 척도, 회복탄력성 개념, 요인 및 양상, 회복탄력성 관련 변수, 회복탄력성 효과성, 회복탄력성 프로그램 개발 등에 관한 연구가 이루어지고 있음을 확인하였고, 그중 회복탄력성 관련 변수에 관한 연구가 가장 높은 비율(54.6%)을 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 방법별 동향은 양적연구가 차지하는 비율(85.4%)이 높게 나타나 양적연구에서 질적 및 혼합연구로 확대될 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest the future research direction related to teacher resilience by analyzing the research trends on the resilience of teachers. 89 studies published in korean journals from 2010 to 2020 were analyzed by the year of publication, participants, themes, methodology of research. The results of the study were as follows. First, studies began to be published in academic journals from 2010, and were consistently published until 2020, and showed an increasing trend between 2015 and 2020. Second, in terms of participants of research, among early childhood teachers, elementary school teachers, secondary school teachers, special education teachers, and counselors, the largest number of studies (75.9%) were on early childhood teachers. Accordingly, it is necessary to expand the participants of research according to the type of qualification. Third, in terms of themes of research, studies were conducted on the resilience scale, the concept, factors and aspects of resilience, resilience-related variables, resilience effectiveness, and the development of resilience programs. The studies on resilience-related variables were the highest rate (54.6%). In terms of methodology of research, the proportion (85.4%) of quantitative research is th highest, so it is necessary to expand from quantitative research to qualitative and mixed research.
