직업계고 취업지원관의 취업지도 직무에 대한 교육요구도 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 직업계고 취업지원관의 취업지도 직무에 대한 교육요구도를 도출하고 분석한 연구이다. 이를 분석하기 위해서 이 연구에서 설정한 연구 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업계고 취업지원관의 취업지도 직무별 교육요구도는 어떠한가? 둘째, 직업계고 취업지원관의 취업지도 직무별 교육요구도에 대한 우선순위는 어떠한가? 구체적인 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업계고 취업지원관의 취업지도 직무별 교육요구도 조사 결과 연구 결과 제시된 모든 직무에 대해 취업지원관은 중요도 대비 현재 수행 능력 정도가 낮다고 응답하였으며, 특히 취업지원관은 본인들이 중점적으로 수행할 것으로 예상되는 직무에 대해 교육요구도가 높게 도출되었다. 따라서 차후 교육프로그램 개발 시 난이도가 있는 직무에 대해 기초부터 전문적인 내용까지 포함할 수 있는 프로그램이 개발되고 시･도 자체 평가청의 취업지원센터를 중심으로 취업지원관을 지원하기 위해 다양한 산업체 정보를 공유할 수 있는 정보 시스템의 마련이 필요하다. 둘째, 직업계고 취업지원관의 취업지도 직무별 교육요구도 우선순위에 대한 결과 총 25개의 직무 중에서 8개의 직무가 1순위로 도출되었고, 2순위에는 8개의 직무, 3순위에는 9개의 직무가 도출되었다. 따라서 이를 기반으로 취업지원관이 직업계고에서 전문적인 역할을 빠르게 수행할 수 있도록 취업지원관 연수가 체계적인 교육프로그램의 개발을 통해 이루어질 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to deduce and analyze the education requirements for the employment guidance job of career consultant at vocational high schools. To analyze this, the research questions set in this study are as follows. First, what are the education requirements for each job in the employment guidance of the career consultant of the vocational high school? Second, what is the priority of the employment guidance and education requirements for each job of the career consultant of the vocational high school? The specific research results are as follows. First, as a result of the survey on the education requirements for each job in the employment guidance of the vocational high school, the career consultant responded that the current performance level was low compared to the importance of all the jobs presented as a result of the study and in particular. In addition to career consultant had a high education requirement for the jobs that they were expected to focus on. So when developing educational programs in the future, a program that can cover everything from basic to specialized for difficult jobs is developed. Moreover it is necessary to prepare an information system that can share of various industry information to support career consultant centering on the employment support centers of city and provincial offices of education. Second, as a result of the prioritization of education requirements in employment guidance jobs of career consultant, 8 jobs out of a total of 25 jobs were derived as the 1st priority, 8 jobs in the 2nd priority, and 9 jobs in the 3rd priority. So based on this, it is necessary to develop systematic training programs for career consultant so that they can quickly perform their professional roles in vocational high schools.
