청소년의 초기부적응도식 관련변인에 대한 메타분석

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 청소년의 초기부적응도식과 관련된 변인들의 효과크기를 분석하여, 청소년 교육 및 상담 개입에서 초기부적응도식 개념의 적용 가능성을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내에서 연구된 청소년의 초기부적응도식에 관한 논문 총 27편과 328개의 예측타당도 계수인 상관계수를 대상으로 R을 활용한 메타분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 청소년의 초기부적응도식 전체효과크기는 .3373으로 나타났다. 청소년의 초기부적응도식 영역별 효과크기는 단절 및 거절 영역, 손상된 자율성 및 수행 영역, 타인중심성 영역, 과잉경계 및 억제 영역, 손상된 한계 영역 순으로 나타났다. 조절변인의 효과크기는 초기부적응도식 관련변인에 따른 집단 간 차이가 유의하였고, 각 관련변인에 대한 효과크기는 정서표현양가성, 심리적부적응, 대인관계문제, 우울, 역기능적태도, 분노, 거부민감성, 자기애, 완벽주의, 자기구실만들기, 신체기능저하, 아동기외상경험, 인지적정서조절전략 등의 순으로 나타났다. 결과를 토대로 청소년의 초기부적응도식에 관한 시사점과 후속연구에 대한 제언 등이 논의되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect size of variables related to the early maladaptive schemas of adolescents, and to expolre the possibility of utilizing the early maladaptive schema in adolescent education and counseling. For this, 27 studies and 328 correlation coefficients among adolescent early maladaptive schema -related variables studied in this country were analyzed using R-meta analysis. The analysis, total effect size of adolescent early maladaptive was .3373. The effect size of domains showed in the order of disconnection and rejection, impaired autonomy and performance, other-directedness, over vigilance and inhibition, and impaired limits. The effect size of the moderator variable showed significant between-group difference in terms of early maladaptive related variables. The effect size of each variable showed ambivalence over emotional expression, psychological maladjustment, interpersonal relationship problem, depression, dysfunctional attitude, anger, refusal sensitiveness, self-love, perfectionism, self-handicapping strategy, body function decline, child trauma experience, and cognitive emtional regulation strategy. Based on these results, implications on adolescent early maladaptive schema and suggestions on future studies were discussed.
