강사의 교수행동이 학습자의 학습전이에 주는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 기업교육 강사의 교수행동이 학습자의 학습전이에 주는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하는 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 선행연구에 기초하여 강사의 교수행동 하위변수와 학습전이의 관계를 연구모형으로 개발하였다. 그리고 양적 자료 수집을 위해 대구의 기업 중에 교육프로그램을 이수한 후 최소 1개월에서 6개월 이내이며, 설문조사 참여 의사를 밝힌 16개 기업에 310부의 설문지가 배포되었다. 설문 응답 자료 중 211부의 자료가 분석에 활용되었다. 연구모형 검증 등의 양적 분석을 위하여 Windows용 SPSS 21.0 한글버전 프로그램이 사용되었다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 강사의 교수행동 하위변수 중 상호작용과 전문성이 학습자의 학습전이에 정적 영향을 주었다. 특히 전문성은 학교교육, 기업교육, 평생교육을 포함한 다수 선행연구에서 반복적으로 제시되고 유사한 결과가 나타났다. 둘째, 강사의 교수행동 중에 열정, 명료성, 구조화, 유대감은 학습자의 학습전이에 정적인 영향을 주지 않았다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 분석결과에 대한 논의와 기업교육의 학습전이 증진을 위한 강사의 교수행동 측면의 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze empirically the effect of instructor’s teaching behaviors on the learner’s learning transfer who completed the education and training in firm. To reach the research goal, it was developed the research model about the relationship between the variables of instructor’s teaching behavior and learner’s learning transfer based on preceding study. To collect quantitative data, A total of 310 questionnaires were distributed to 16 companies that allowed the survey and implemented education and training withen 1 month to 6 months in Daegu area. From the collected questionnaires, 211 were used for the analysis. For the analysis of the collected data, factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis by Pearson, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 Korean version program. The analysis result of this study is as follows. First, interaction, specialty among the variables of teaching behaviors turned out to have effect on learning transfer of learners. In particular, specialty has been repeatedly presented in the preceding research, including school education, corporate education and lifelong education with similar results. Second, enthusiasm, clarity, organization, and rapport among the variables of teaching behaviors did not turn out to have effect on learning transfer of learners. In addition, this study suggests exploring the various influential variables that can influence learning transfer in the corporate environment in the future.
