국문 초록

본 연구는 포스트모던 그림책의 종합적 특성을 연구하는데 그 목적이 있다. 포스트모던 특성이 드러나는 그림책이 생기면서, 그림책을 읽어주는 교사나 부모가 포스트모던 그림책을 이해할 필요가 있고, 포스트모던 그림책 특성의 적용사례를 통해 그 이해를 돕고자 한다. 연구목적에 따라 그림책이 지닌 특성을 파악하여 그에따른 지도방안을 제시하기 위한 문헌연구이다. 연구를 위해 연구자는 국내외 그림책 관련 이론서와 논문 및 학술지를 대상으로 자료를 수집였다. 포스트모던 그림책 특성의 적용사례는 1990년대 이후 출판된 그림책 중 연구자가 임의로 포스트모던 그림책 특성을 파악할 수 있는 그림책을 고른 후, 포스트모던 그림책으로서 적절한지 그림책 전문가 10인에게 타당성을 검증받았다. 수집된 자료를 통해 포스트모던 그림책이 지닌 특성을 다음과 같은 열두 가지로 파악했다. 전통관습의 붕괴, 메타픽션, 열린결말, 미장아빔, 경계파괴, 아이러니, 다중서사, 상호텍스트성, 파스티셰, 패러디, 타이포그래피, 파라텍스가 그 특성이다.

영문 초록

This study investigated characteristics of postmodern picturebooks. While picturebooks that show the characteristics of postmodernism are emerging, teachers and parents who read the picture books need to understand the postmodern picturebooks, and try to help them through application examples of the characteristics of postmodern picture books. This study conducted the literature reviews on domestic and international books and articles related to the theory of picturebooks. An example of the application of postmodern picturebooks’ characteristics is that after the 1990s, researchers in published picture books arbitrarily selected a picture book that can grasp the characteristics of postmodern picturebooks, and then a picture book expert on whether or not it is appropriate as a postmodern picturebook. Validity was verified by 10 people. Based on the literature review, twelve characteristics of post-modern picture books are summarized as follows: The dissolution of The dissolution of traditions & customs , Metafiction , Open-close , Mise-en-Abyme , The destruction of frame , Irony , Multi-narrate , Intertextuality , Pastiche , Parody , Typography , Paratext .
