국문 초록

본 연구는 중증장애인 취업활성화를 위한 인적지원제도 운영실태 조사를 통해 실행과정에서 나타나는 어려움과 활성화방안을 탐색함으로써 현장전문가 양성을 위한 표준교육과정안을 마련하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 직무지도원 및 근로지원인 등 두 지원인력의 역할에 따른 처우문제 및 양성과정의 적절성을 검토하기 위해 FGI를 실시하고 코딩을 통해 내용을 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무지도원의 경우 그 역할에 비해 사전교육의 미흡함과 처우의 열악함으로 일의 지속성 여부가 불투명한 것으로 나타났으며 이는 직무지도원 구인의 어려움으로 나타나고 있었다. 둘째, 근로지원인의 경우 일의 지속성에서는 직무지도원보다 긍정적으로 나타났지만 역할준비의 미흡함으로 사업주나 장애인 근로자가 인식하는 전문성 측면에서 보완해야 할 사항이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 최근 장애인 근로현장에서 직무지도원과 근로지원인의 통합적 역할이 강조됨에 따라 통합적 양성교육과정에 대한 요구가 높게 나타나 이를 위한 중증장애인 지원인력 표준양성교육과정안 마련에 대한 요구가 나타났다. 결론적으로 최근 발달장애인의 지원인력에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있는 현실에서 두 지원 인력에 대한 요구가 동시에 나타나고 있어서, 통합적 양성교육시스템이 필요하고 역할전문성 강화를 위해 두 지원인력 양성을 위해 심화과정이 별도로 필요함으로 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to prepare a standard curriculum plan for training field experts as searching difficulties that appear in the implementation process and activation plan. For this, this study implemented literature analysis and surveyed the operation status of the human support system for people with severe disabilities through FGI. The results were as follows. First, in the case of job coach, it was found that the continuity of work was unclear due to the lack of prior education and poor treatment compared to their role, which appeared as a difficulty in hiring job instructors. Second, in the case of labor supporter, job continuity was more positive than that of job coach, but due to insufficient role preparation, there were high points to be supplemented in terms of expertise recognized by employers and workers with disabilities. Third, in recent years, as the integrated role of job coach and labor supporter has been emphasized in the workplace, the demand for an integrated training curriculum has been high. In conclusion, in the reality that the demand for support personnel of the workers with developmental disabilities is increasing, the demand for both support personnels are appearing at the same time. Therefore, the integrated training system and in-depth course for role strengthening of two support personnels are needed.
