특성화고졸 재직자 특별전형 활성화 방안

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 특성화고졸 재직자 특별전형의 활성화방안을 모색하는 데 있었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 CIPP 모형을 연구의 목적에 맞게 수정하여 특성화고졸 재직자 특별전형에 대한 과정평가를 실시하였다. 자료는 설문조사, 인터뷰, 전문가 자문등을 통해 수집하였으며, 연구대상은 대학관계자, 교수, 재직근로자 등이었다. 연구 결과, 특성화고졸 재직자 특별전형의 문제점으로 제도에 대한 지지 기반 미흡, 대학의 인적·물적 인프라 미흡, 기업체의 지원 미흡, 제도 도입 과정의 비효율성, 수요자에 대한 관리 및 지원 체제 미흡 등이 도출되었다. 또한 이러한 문제를 개선하기 위하여 수요자 접근성 제고, 생산성 향상, 안정적 정착 등의 세 가지 방향에 따라 11가지 활성화 방안이 제안되었으며, 이는 특성화고 학생들의 진로 경로를 유연화시키고 선순환적인 선취업 후진학 진학체제를 구축하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to suggest revitalization plans for the policy on the ‘Special admission for specialized high school graduates’. To achieve the purpose, we conducted the policy diagnosis on the implementation process with modified CIPP model. The data were collected through interviews, surveys and experts consultations. Research targets were university faculties and staffs, and working students who entered universities through the Special admission for specialized high school graduates. As the findings of this study, the problems of the policy were identified as follows: ① Insufficient support from the stakeholders, ② Insufficient human and material resources, ③ Insufficient corporate support ④ Ineffective introduction process of the admission policy, ⑤ Insufficient management and support system for the working students who enrolled through the special admission. To solve these problems, 11 revitalization plans for the policy were suggested based on the accessibility improvement, productivity improvement and stable settlement of the policy. This study can contribute to making specialized high school students career path more flexible and establishing a virtuous circle of Work-to-School career path systems.
