평생학습자의 평생학습실천에 대한 실증적 탐색과 영향력 분석

국문 초록

평생학습자는 인생백세시대에 현대인의 속성에 주목하여 시청자와 소비자처럼 시대적 속성을 표상하는 용어로, 전 생애 동안 모든 생활세계에서 배움을 일상화하는 성인학습자를 의미한다. 평생학습실천은 현대인이 평생학습의 주체자로서 경험하는 다양한 학습과정 혹은 결과를 각자의 일상적인 삶과 생활에 접목하여 활용하는 과정을 말한다. 본 연구는 선행연구와 관련문헌에 근거한 평생학습실천을 라이프스타일 실천, 성찰적 실천, 직업적 실천, 지역사회 실천, 생성적 실천으로 범주화하여 타당도와 신뢰도를 확인한 조사도구를 구성한 뒤, 평생학습실천의 수준을 실증적으로 조사하고, 관련변인을 탐색하여 영향력을 분석하는 데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 평생학습프로그램에 참여하고 있는 평생학습자를 표본으로 선정하였고, 최종 407명의 자료를 표본으로 하여 기술통계분석, 변량분석, 요인분석, 최적화 척도 회귀분 석의 통계기법을 적용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 확인되었다. 첫째, 평생학습실천의 수준은 라이프스타일 실천이 상대적으로 가장 높았고, 직업적 실천이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 평생학습실천과 관련된 유의미한 변인은 평생학습 참여경험, 평생학습동아리 참여경험, 평생학습자 유형 등으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 평생학습실천의 영역 중 설명력이 가장 높은 것은 직업적 실천으로 확인되었고, 평생학습실천 수준에 가장 크게 영향을 끼치는 관련변인은 평생학습동아리 참여경험이었다.

영문 초록

The terms of lifelong learner is defined as adult learners in terms of focusing on periodical attributes of the modern people such as consumer and viewer with living in the era of longevity society who take participate in daily learning across life span and the living area. The lifelong learning practice is to refer the process of applying daily the products and process of learning into living and life of lifelong learner as the subject. Academically, lifelong learner s practice of lifelong learning is insufficient to establish concepts and to empirically analyze this phenomenon. The purposes in relevant literature and thesis research are to consist of survey instruments, empirically to confirm level of lifelong learning practice, and to investigate the related variables, and the influenced factor. The data of this study methods had been collected from the 407 questionnaire survey. It had been applied to use statistical techniques such as one-way analysis of variation, factor analysis, regression analysis. We found it to prove in the results. Firstly, the lifelong learning practice level showed that lifestyle practice is the highest level, but vocational practice is the lowest level. Secondly, it was verified that lifelong learning practices are based on the related variable : lifelong learning program participation experience, lifelong learning club participation experience, lifelong learning interested area, lifelong learner type. Thirdly, explanation about vocational practice of lifelong learning practices is the highest level. And the most influenced explanation variable in lifelong learning practice is lifelong learning club participation experience.
