국문 초록

본 연구는 현장중심의 실습교육과정인 농업계 고교 산업연계프로그램에 참여한 충청남도 A고등학교 총 389명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 학습지속의향 관련 요인 간의 관계를 실증적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제안모델과 수정모델의 분석결과, 수정모델이 제안모델보다 x² 값이 2.31로, df의 증가 값인 1보다 작게 나타나 x² 값의 변화를 상쇄시키므로 최종모델로 수정모델을 채택하였다 (∆ x²=2.31

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that affect persistence of learning as well as to examine the relationships among these factors by using structural equation modeling approach. The participants of this study were 389 agricultural high school students who have joined the cooperated program of an agricultural high school and industry. The results of this study were as follows: First, the results of model-data-fit indicated that the modified measurement model fit the data well and explained the data better than the initial model. Second, the results of structural relationships showed that social support (path coefficient=.507, t=4.158) and learning satisfaction (path coefficient=.781, t=7.046) were positively related to persistence of learning, but there was no significant relationship between task value and persistence of learning. Third, the results indicated that task value (path coefficient=.248, t=2.225) and social support (path coefficient=.161, t=2.550) positively influenced the factor, learning satisfaction. In sum, it is necessary to enhance learning satisfaction by considering learners’ needs and providing sufficient learning contents as well as to provide social support through giving them the material help for problem solving and appropriate skills and information.
