프로티언 경력 태도와 결과 변인에 대한 메타분석

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 메타분석을 활용하여, 프로티언 경력 태도와 결과 변인 간 평균 효과크기를 밝히는 데 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 국내·외 데이터베이스를 활용하여 관련 문헌을 수집하였고, 최종적으로 56편(국내 28편, 국외 28편)을 선정하여 분석에 활용하였다. 다음으로 미국 Biostatrk 개발한 CMA(comprehensive meta analysis) 3.0 프로그램을 활용하여 동질성 검정, 출간 편향 검정, 효과크기 분석을 수행하였다. 효과크기는 Cohen(1988)의 기준을 기반으로 해석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 프로티언 경력 태도는 고용가능성, 주관적 경력성공, 경력만족, 직무만족, 조직몰입 순으로 유의미한 효과크기를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 프로티언 경력 태도의 하위요인인 자기주도성은 주관적 경력성공의 하위요인인 직무만족, 고용가능성, 경력만족 및 단독 변인으로써 경력만족, 고용가능성, 조직몰입, 직무만족 순으로 유의미한 효과크기를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 프로티언 경력태도의 하위요인인 가치지향성은 주관적 경력성공의 하위요인인 경력만족과 유의미한 효과크기를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 이 연구의 결론과 연구의 제한점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The research purpose is to examine the previous domestic and international researches related to protean career attitudes and outcome variables and to clarify the mean effect sizes of the protean career attitude and outcome variable by using Meta-analysis. Based on the PRISMA flow chart, 56 journals from KCI and SSCI (28 in domestic and 28 in aboard) were selected. A homogeneity test, a publication bias test, and an effect size analysis were conducted using a CMA (comprehensive meta-analysis) 3.0 program developed by Biostatrk. The effect size was interpreted based on the criteria of Cohen (1988). The results of this study are as follows: First, protean career attitudes showed significant effects in the order of employment possibility, subjective career success, career satisfaction, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Second, the self-directed, which is a subfactor of the protean career attitudes, showed a significant effect size in the order of job satisfaction, employment possibility, career satisfaction, and job satisfaction. Third, value orientation, which is a subfactor of protean career attitude, showed a significant effect on job satisfaction and career satisfaction. Finally, the implications of this study, limitations of the study, and future research directions are presented.
