국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 재학생대상 만족도 및 요구도 조사 실시로 재학생의 특성을 반영한 진로 및 심리지원 프로그램 개발과 운영을 통해 특화된 서비스를 제공하고, 서비스 효율을 강화하기 위해 실시되었다. 총 2,556 명의 응답을 분석한 결과 재학생의 가장 큰 스트레스 요인은 학업성적, 취업문제, 자기개발의 어려움 등으로 조사되어 전반적으로 취업과 진로에 대한 관심도가 높았다. 따라서 학생상담센터 프로그램의 재학생 참여율 향상을 위해 이와 같은 요구를 반영한 예방적 차원의 정신건강 프로그랜의 개선이 필요하다. 앞으로도 대학의 지속적 만족도와 요구도 조사를 통해 학생들의 홍미를 유발하는 프로그램 개발 및 운영이 요구된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to provide specialized services and to enhance service efficiency through the development and operation of career and psychological support programs reflecting the characteristics of enrolled students by conducting surveys on satisfaction and needs of students. As a result of analyzing a total of 2,556 respondents, the biggest stressors of enrolled students were academic achievement, employment problems, and difficulties in self-development, which showed a high level of interest in employment and career overall. Therefore, in order to improve the participation rate of students in the Student Counseling Center programs, it is necessary to improve the mental health programs in a preventive dimension that reflects this demand. In the future, it is required to develop and operate programs that stimulate students interest through continuous satisfaction and demand surveys.
