국문 초록

연구목적 : 본 연구는 그룹 다감각자극 프로그램이 경증치매노인의 인지기능과 정서조절에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 노인전문요양시설에 생활하고 있는 65세 이상 경증 치매노인을 대상으로 그룹 다감각자극 프로그램을 8주간 제공하고 대상자의 인지기능과, 우울, 불안을 비교, 분석하였다. 연구결과 : 그룹 다감각자극 프로그램 이후 대상자들의 인지기능 중 지남력, 공간 지각, 운동 실행이 유의한 향상을 보였으며(p<.01), 정서조절은 유의하게 감소(p<.01)한 결과를 보였다. 또한 우울과 불안은 유의한 정적관계를 나타냈다. 결론 : 경증 치매 노인을 대상으로 한 다감각적 자극 프로그램은 치매노인의 인지기능과 정서조절의 향상에 긍정적인 결과를 보였다. 다감각적 자극 프로그램은 치매노인의 증상 완화에 도움이 될 것이고 향후 추가적인 연구가 더 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

영문 초록

Objective : The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of group multisensory stimulation program on cognitive function and emotional regulation in the elderly with mild dementia. Methods : This study provided a group multi-sensory stimulation program for the elderly with mild dementia over 65 years old living in specialized nursing facilities for the elderly, and compared and analyzed the subject s cognitive function, depression, and anxiety. Results : After the group multi-sensory stimulation program, among the subjects cognitive function, mental power, spatial perception, and exercise performance were significantly improved (p<.01), and emotional regulation was significantly decreased (p<.01). In addition, depression and anxiety showed a significant positive relationship. Conclusion : The multisensory stimulation program for the elderly with mild dementia showed positive results in improving cognitive function and emotional regulation in the elderly with dementia. The multi-sensory stimulation program will help relieve the symptoms of dementia elderly, and it is thought that further research is needed in the future.
