국문 초록

예술 체험은 지극히 개인적인 듯하지만, 지식으로, 논리로, 과학으로 설명할 수 없는 복잡한 과정이며 몸과 마음, 개인과 그를 둘러싼 환경, 제도, 사회, 문화 등이 모두 연결되어있는 하나의 상호작용으로 일어나는 경험이다. 전통적으로 감상만을 위한 예술은 실상 존재하지 않았다. 인류역사상 예술은 힘겨운 삶 속에서 끊임없이 좀 더 나은 생활을 위한 인간의 도전과 노력으로 이루어낸 결실의 흔적이었다. 현 시대 예술의 개념은 과거와 현재 그리고 미래와 관련하여 지금 여기 주어진 상황에서 자신의 존재를 인식하고 의미를 가치화하고 삶의 변화를 추구하고자 하는 일종의 체험적 개념으로 인식된다. 위대한 예술품으로서의 결과물이든 체험행위로서의 예술이든 예술은 궁극적으로 동경과 욕구의 표출이며 존재의 영속성 안에서 실체를 인식하게 해주며 극히 개별적인 존엄성을 향한 의지의 발현이라 할 수 있다. 이 연구는 인간 존재 이해와 관계 속에서 감각과 지각의 전환, 유희와 놀이를 통한 배움, 상호주체적 실천과 소통을 가능하게 하는 예술 체험의 인문학적 특성을 논의한다. 이 논의를 통해 고도의 기술문명이 발달될수록 파생되는 인간 삶의 무력감을 극복하고 객관적으로 측정가능한 성과적 가치를 추구하는 교육적 관행을 벗어나 인간 존재를 가치화할 수 있는 인문학적 배움의 가능성을 모색한다.

영문 초록

The lived experiences through arts can be a process of self-realization through reversing our perception and senses, playing with pleasure and learning how to practice our awareness and to communicate within the relation between humans, and that of humans and societies. Arts solely for appreciation had not existed in traditional societies. it was acknowledged as celebratory and commemoratory inventions, charaterising the challenges, failures and efforts that were made to overcome the mounting hardship associated with their lives. Arts is of a different kind in the contemporary world of today; the arts itself is acceptable kind of a lived experience, allowing the realization of perceived being and existence in the past and present whilst simultaneously allowing the endeavour in leaving a lasting legacy of the future. Whether it is a monumental work of celebratory art or a less conspicuous and intangible emotional experience, we are able to conceive it as a final outcome exported by human desire and expectation. And it has led humans to recognize him/herself as a dignified being within the surrounding it occupies. The processes of lived experiences through arts may be personally achieved, but rather they are very complicated and unconvincing to understand and explain by scientific knowledge, analytic theories or academic philosophy. Therefore these valuable functions of lived experiences through arts offer us opportunities to learn humanities through modes of thought that would enable the overcoming of depression, assuming the tailoring use of the highly technological developments of material civilization.
