국문 초록

이 글의 목적은 메타프락시스적 관점에서 교과와 교사, 그리고 교사와 학생의 관련을 모색하여 유기적으로 설명하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 여기서 ‘유기적’이라는 말은 마치 살아있는 생명체가 그러하듯이, 하나의 요소라도 배제되면, ‘교육이라고 하는 생명체’에 치명적인 타격이 불가피하다는 것을 가리킨다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 특별히 교사의 존재는 교과와 교사, 교사와 학생의 관련에 있어서 ‘핵심적인 지위’를 차지한다. 그도 그럴 것이, 교사는 교과를 내면화하여 ‘자득지’(自得知)에 있는 사람이며, 한편으로 자신이 내면화한 교과―총체로서의 세계―를 온몸을 활용하여 후세대에 전수해주는 역할을 하는 사람이기 때문이다. 이러한 교사의 자득의 측면은 특히 ‘당사자적 자세’에 의해 학생에게 전달(간접전달)될 수 있다. 그리하여 이들의 ‘유기적 관련’에 보다 근본적으로 ‘숨을 불어넣는 존재’는 교사라고 할 수 있으며, 교사의 실존 또는 그의 삶의 태도, 즉 ‘당사자적 자세’는 온 인류의 존재 근거를 확립하는 중차대한 일이라는 점을 밝혀 보았다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between subjects, teachers, and students from the metapraxis perspective and to explain them organically. Here, the term ‘organic’ refers to the inevitable blow to life, which is called education, if one element is excluded, as if it were living life. Nevertheless, the existence of teachers in particular takes a key position in the relation between subjects and teachers, teachers and students. He also does so because the teacher is a person who internalizes the subject and is in the self-acceptance, and on the other hand, he plays a role of transferring the internalized subject - the world as a whole - to the later generations using the whole body and his spirit. This aspect of teacher s self-interest can be delivered (indirectly) to students, especially by ‘the standpoint of personal participation’. Thus, the existence that breathes more fundamentally into their organic relation can be said to be a teacher, and the existence of the teacher or his attitude of life, that is, the ‘the standpoint of personal participation’, is a serious thing to establish the basis of existence of the whole human race.
